NBC won total viewers for the night with a two hour Deal or No Deal and ABC won the 18-49 demo largely on the back of Private Practice, though the seasonal airing of Santa Claus is Coming to Town also did well in the 18-49 demo for ABC. Recently renewed Dirty Sexy Money is strugg-uh-ling ratings-wise coming in last place in the 10pm hour in both total viewers and the demo. On to the shows:

Man, this is such bad news for Bionic Woman.
It’s their own fault, NBC destroyed the show. If I were David Eick, I’d never work with the network again.

David Eick is the man who destroyed the show.
NBC spent upwards of $100 million to promote his show.
How exactly is David Eick supposed to be the aggrieved party?
The audience is the big loser. NBC squandered its resources on a really bad producer, and they should have known better from his awful work on Battlestar Galactica.
It’s too bad NBC didn’t spend on “Life” half the money they squandered on “Bionic Woman”. They’d have had a chance at a hit this season.
Then again, we’re talking about the network that renewed Friday night Lights.
