CBS Edges Fox for Viewers; Fox Sweeps Demos

CBS edged Fox for average primetime viewers in the first full week of 2008, but Fox swept the age demographics taking adults 18-49, 18-34 and 25-54 for the week January 7-13, 2008. Minus primetime football, NBC fell far back; meeting ABC which has been there since mid-December.
