I don’t get it I am so sick of turning the tv on to see law and order on what seems to be 24/7.I like Jerico and got my husband to watch it too. I hope A&E picks it up or another network PLEASE!!!

Just noting –because there are some sensitive Jericho fanboys today that *I* didn’t post the comment saying FNL and Arrested Development were crap. I haven’t ever watched FNL (it’s on the ‘to do’ list) and I liked Arrested Development.

I’m only an idiot for predicting from the very first airing of season 2 that Jericho would be cancelled.

This is so depressing. As much as I wish another network would pick up Jericho, I think it might just be too expensive. Not that I know much about how these deals work. I wanted Firefly to get picked up by Sci Fi too, and I wanted The Black Donnelly's to get picked up by HBO (yeah, I always seem to fall in love with the Underdog).

I've just never really seen it happen (or has it happened and I just didn't notice?)

Oh Jericho, couldn't you have sucked this season so I didn't care if you were cancelled.

Robert, you seem to be fairly “in-the-know” here. What would it take to get Jericho onto a cable network? We’re talking cost (rights transfer, contract transitioning, etc.).

it did not help the rating like people hade already said that the dvd leak happened in january what also sucks is england dont get to have a say in anything as by the time it will actually air here it more than likely already be canceled

Just wanted to say that I am very impressed with the loyalty viewers seem to have for Jericho.

I am not a watcher (it’s not in my wheelhouse), but I am tempted to start (if my DVR can fit it in). I am hoping for all of you Jer fans that it gets renewed. You folks have earned it.

I think the ratings would have stayed up if CBS would pick and day and time for Jericho to run. They have switched the night and time three times now, with large breaks in between. Bouncing it around like that isn’t going to keep a show going. You will lose alot of viewers that way. A recipe for success would be to pick a day and time and let it run, no long breaks, a little more promotion, and I think the show would be able to stick it out for the long haul and gain many viewers. It started out with over 12 million. I had to put alot of effort into finding out when it was going to be on again.

i agree with jonah. this show would definitely do better on hbo or even sci fi. for some reason, i think the time slots indicate a lack faith on the part of cbs. when i first saw this show online, and i’ve watched everything i could, i said this show would do sooo much better on an hbo or showtime.

Jericho Season 1 was excellent and I’m really disappointed by the low ratings. However, after having seen the first 2 episodes of this season, it feels as if they are just thrown together with no budget. This season definitely doesn’t feel like the same show to me as the pacing is now 10 times quicker and I feel like the story is being rammed down my throat as opposed to slowly revealed.

A show like Jericho belongs on cable (HBO, SHOW, etc.). I’d rather have it on Sci-Fi than no where, but if for some reason new episodes after these 7 are made by Sci-Fi, then I fear the budget cuts will really start to show.

This is just not right! This is a terrific show that millions watch. Just because your not a Nielson family what you watch does not count? Isn’t that the entire reason that the show was returned because many were watching that were not Nielson families? Since when has any network had an fan movement in such a revolt to save a show before. Keep it on! At least it is a program that is requested instead of a new reality show or a new stupid sitcom that will last 3 weeks. The numbers were still ok – considering how many other millions watch that are NOT COUNTED like our family and friends that are watching every single week without merit.
