It's very hard to go "backwards" and see what was on those cable networks even a week previous. Since HGTV shows are unlikely to ever make our top cable show list [or the next 20 we see but can't publish], we'll likely never know what happened that week unless an observant reader is also a big HGTV fan. I see where ESPN finally overtook HGTV (again) in the ratings. Did HG run some gigantic promotion or were people (like myself) tuning out the stupidity that is ESPNFL the week prior to 'The Bowl'. USA cable numbers were discussed earlier, but I saw one ‘funny number’ in the above chart that maybe the NFL and ESPN might want to look at. I see where ESPN finally overtook HGTV (again) in the ratings.
