FOX’s time-tested lineup of Cops and America’s Most Wanted was again the biggest game in town on a Saturday with FOX winning the most overall viewers and the most 18-49 year old viewers as well.
CBS ran with a repeat of Jericho which even on a slow Saturday finished in dead last and two hours worth of 48 Hours Mystery. CBS came in third in overall viewers and dead last with the 18-49 set.
ABC which ran the movie “Miracle” for all three hours of primetime was the opposite of CBS, finishing last in overall viewers but 3rd in the 18-49 demo.
NBC again aired three repeats of its Law & Order franchise taking second in both overall viewers and the 18-49 demo.

Jericho is an outstanding television series. The fact that its ratings were low is an indication not of a problem with the program, but of the population's general inability to appreciate it. Yes, I am “dissing” the American TV viewing public. Reality shows are killing television in the 21st Century. They are not as “real” as we are led to believe… and the American political process is no different either.
