I’m not sure for how long.  I’ll do my best to get the numbers up as quickly after they’re released as possible.  If you just can’t wait to find out how the Oscars rated, you can try here .  Update: Zap2it is reporting that preliminary results indicate the Oscars averaged a 21.9/33 share, down considerably from last year’s 27.7/42.

To keep you entertained while you wait, the consensus from my sports-talk loving brethren seems to be that the most entertaining moment of the night came before the actual awards when Gary Busey traumatized Jennifer Garner on the red carpet.
