Jericho pulled a 3.7/6 (HH Rating/share) in the preliminary overnight reports.
That’s a little worse than last week on a HH Rating/Share. I’ll post the viewer #s and 18-49 in this post (in addition to the regular overnight write-up) as soon as I can.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news –truly. Per some fans’ recommendations in the comments to “How Will Jericho Do Tonight?” I binged to finish the season. I definitely agree the pace picked up at the end. Some of the commenters have said season 2 is much better (one even compared it to LOST Season 4 — so now I’ll have to watch all those too).
But the ratings news isn’t good, sorry.
Update: Jericho had 5.87 million viewers and a 1.9/5 in the 18-49 demo in the overnights. You can see the full overnight results here.
P.S. Big Brother Fans: BB pulled a 3.5/5. By way of comparison the rerun of NCIS did a 6.2/10.

I don’t know. You can’t really complain when a 10:00 show builds upon the ratings of the 9:00 show, especially when the audiences are so dissimilar.

LOLOLOLOL Sorry, Jericho fans (I am one and yes, I sent peanuts and yes, I sent letters and cards, and yes, I called and yes, I am part of the current letter writing campaign)…but that IS funny…
It’s really too bad, because it really had potential and I hope another network takes notice of that. But, if it doesn’t, I will at least take comfort in knowing we did everything we could do. RS, you really should watch Season 2 (Do us a favor and download it, OK? We can use the numbers!)…although the 1st ep was a little…scattered…in my opinion. The season has been getting better and better every week.
And, thanks again, for making it a priority to rush us these numbers each week. In case, we aren’t saying it enough…we appreciate it.

I really hope the show continues. There’s nothing but reruns and reality on these days and Jericho is great because its not another Law and Order/CSI spin off.
