Update 12:04p PDT: Viewers table and scoreboard added. Another Friday win for CBS and the primetime version of The Price is Right. Though Price and the 10pm version of NBC’s Dateline were the only shows to hit (but not surpass) a 2.0 rating in the 18-49 year old demographic.
The Price is Right again put the beat down on Amne$ia on a household ratings basis (5.5 vs. 3.2). An hour of The Return of Jezebel James doesn’t look like a winner for FOX – it appears to have come behind everything in the 8pm hour, including the CW’s Friday Night Smackdown! I’m not sure of that exactly because Zap2it didn’t post a number for Smackdown for 8pm, but the hour of Jezebel got a 2.3, and trailed Amne$ia. Get that weak stuff outta here… (Update: I’m sure now it was very weak, and way behind Smackdown!)
NBC’s Dateline seems to have taken the 9pm hour beating out a repeat of Ghost Whisperer, a repeat of House and the first hour of 20/20. Dateline won the 10pm hour too, besting an improving 20/20 and a rerun of Numb3rs which placed second on a household ratings basis.
How much the viewer numbers change all this? I’ll know when I know, which is unfortunately not yet. It probably won’t change anything about The Price is Right being the most viewed show of the evening, but we’ll see. On a HH Ratings basis, CBS won the night followed by NBC, ABC, FOX and the CW. CBS also won the demo for the night, but with a 1.9 rating ahead of NBC, FOX, ABC and the CW- nobody cracked the 2.0 “Mendoza Line” in the 18-49 demo. Young people aren’t watching TV on Fridays and it looks like the nets have completely given up trying. I can still remember when millions watched Urkel on Family Matters on a Friday, but indeed, that was a long time ago.

Jon, I got a similar report from someone via email, but when I tried the site it worked for me. It does sound like there may have been problems.

This is the next morning… and still nothing. 3rd day ina row…trying other protocols… still getting error message.

Jon, no idea what to tell you. We are not the plumbers for the TVBS site and it’s working fine for me.

Just tried both of these and about 5 or 6 other roundabout ways of backdooring the site, and I still come up with that same message (above). That’s 20-25 tries in three days and always the same.
Never had this problem (or any prob) getting on the site before. Don’t get it, and haven’t seen any traffic on the net discussing it. Did see a google search that alluded to this when I popped in one of the TVBS addresses into the search box – but that’s it.
Well, guess I’m scr*wed.

I’m in and set for this week… whew!!! Apparently there were a number of people with the same issue and the techno guy created a new IP then save as favorite to get back in.
