If there are any Dish Network subscribers who had their hearts set on an expanded list of HD channels in the near future, they might want to look elsewhere for service. That’s after news that a Dish network Ku-band satellite launched Friday failed to reach orbit. Bummer. Of course, that’s not quite as bad as a Failure to Launch.
