I got an e-mail that said, “Good stuff, but will you please start writing your posts so they are shorter?”  To that end, here’s the 50 words or less version of the Open Letter to CBS’ Patrick Keane:

Even when adding in Jericho’s online, iTunes, and DVR usage, the numbers aren’t good enough to support CBS airing Jericho.  I’m all for  including the online viewing in the ratings though, at least once there are metrics that can be used for all networks.
