HA. Well, my comparison was that Les Moonves is Caligula and Dawn Ostroff is his horse, but yours works, too.

This is the rumor I have seen floating around: that Ostroff is Les’ protege, and that she has been promised a job even if the CW fails. She has no incentive to do a decent job even if she’s capable – she can’t lose her job.
