    Charlie, I am entirely speculating, but my guess is that Fox came into the cable news business with personality programmed news shows during primetime and did so well that both CNN and CNNHN sought to emulate them.

    Fox Network is really at the top, this shows republicans and neo-conservatives outnumber the good guys.

    It's was Matt Groening's fault. American people connect with the Simpsons. Fox stole that credit, and now everyone confuses Fox with the Simpsons. The SImpsons should have been with NBC instead.
