Okay, you people saying that MSNBC, i.e., KO’s show, promotes Marxist Socialism are about as intelligent as Rush Limbaugh stoned out on oxycotton.

True, Keith never has anyone on the show that doesn’t disagree with him, but he’s not just sitting there spewing garbage at them either. They are sitting there discussing issues they feel the same about.

Okay, why would Keith waste his time talking about that pesky preacher of Obama’s when there are better things to talk about, like that pesky preacher of Sarah Palin’s that no one wants to talk about?

Bill-O the Clown is a total idiot. Never do you hear him say anything in regards to Bush’s numerous constitutional violations, or the errors of the War in Iraq, or the economy.

Instead, he and Sean Insanity have been slamming Obama for everything their candidates of choice were guilty of.

Fair and Balanced my ass. Keith Olbermann has quite possibly the only fair and balanced show on cable TV.

O’Reilly leans conservatively, no doubt, and he has a big ego, but at least he has people on his show that disgaree with him, and doesn’t just let them sit there and spew without challenging them. Olberman and his ilk by contrast never have anyone on that doesn’t agree with everything he says, and in the rare instance that they do, it’s always three or four against one. That is why KO’s ratings are terrible. He’s boring and he might be the world’s biggest jerk. If he said the things he says to people anywhere but on TV, sooner or later he’d be picking up his teeth with his broken fingers.

Bill O’reilly show has nothing in it. He rants 95% of his total show and you hardly get anything out of it. One of the reason i quit watching his show 3 years back. It is more like a reality show> Ya Paris hilton porn video also has millions of viewers. That doesn’t make her any better. Much the same can be said about Bill O Reilly.

Fox viewers cannot complain about another network counter-programming against the GOP news channel. Thank God Olbermann is here to let us know that ED Donahey is running segments on her show about Barack and Michelle Obama's fist tapping as being a possible terrorist signal. The only true liberal Fox News ever had was Neal Gabler, and O'Reilly ran him out of there. News Flash, Fox viewers: Juan Williams and Mara Liasson are not liberals.

The reason Olberman is not a hyporcite is he does not claim his show is "Fair & Balanced" – his show is left leaning and he does not deny it – that is also the reason he does not have conservatives on the show to debate that is NOT what the show is about. That is like asking why Rush Limbaugh does not have liberals on his show.

The issue with O'Reilly is that he poses as an "Independent" but he is actually a conservative. As a true independent I actually watch and enjoy both O'Reilly & Olberman's shows but for O'Reilly to claim he is not a conservative is just silly. I once did an experiment and kept track every time O'Reilly mentioned the "Far Left" in negative terms and "Far Right" in negative terms. Far Left won 14 -0. It is not rocket science.

Anyway – that is my two cents. My fave commentators shows are O'Reilly, Olberman, S. Hannity and R. Maddow – can't stand the Ann Coulters/Limbaughs/Randi Rhodes of the world….

Olbermann is very talented, quick and whitty – he is also dishonest. I used to watch his show because I'm a political junkie. I can no longer stomach his show, and I'm surprised that a (supposedly) respectable line-up of jounalists continue to appear on it. He's a pompous a__hole, I don't think there is a more appropriate example of the definition of that coloquialism in all the land.

Olbermann obviously thinks he is the second coming of Edward Murrow. Although their politics might be similar, I think Murrow would take offense to being compared to such a premeditated liar. I have never seen a show that considers its content news – to be so dishonest and one-sided.

I wouldn't want to pal around with Bill O'reily either. But, at least his show has some fairness in its coverage. He just yells at people who get him mad.

I think the logic in the "KO has no dissenting opinions on" point is flawed. There are certain shows that have that format and some that don't. Some may remember there was a show called "crossfire" and that was the whole premise of the show. Because O'reilly has people on and tells them to shut up or yells over them when he doesn't agree with them I don't see that as being enlightening. His interview with Scott Mcclellan is a perfect example. He tried his best to turn it into a shouting match but Scott stayed calm and made BillO look like an idiot. It also showed that BillO doesn't really know what he's talking about when it comes to the actual issues. Yes BillO nuclear weapons are WMD's….dumbass. Maybe he should stick to the unimportant things that he's good at like the "war on christmas" and let Keith handle the bigger issues. For all of the flack that people give KO for coming from ESPN I think BillO's style and the stupid issues he often brings up are very reflective of his tabloid/gossip roots from Inside Edition. People tuning into Countdown do not and should not expect an unbiased show. He never claims to be. That's why it's not hypocritical. BillO is exactly the same- quite biased in the other direction. But since he claims "no spin zone" and "fair and balanced" 220 times a show that would make him a huge target for the bullshit police. That's why he's on "worst persons" every night, because not only is he hypocritical but he proves that lots of times he doesn't really know what he's talking about. Keith does an excellent and entertaining job of pointing this out.
