NBA Playoffs Boost ESPN & TNT To #1 & #2 Primetime Cable Networks

The NBA Playoffs continue to boost cable networks carrying them, and they put ESPN at #1 and TNT at #2 for prime-time average viewers with 3.073 million and 2.697 million viewers respectively for the week of May 26 - Jun 1, 2008.

As usual, Nickelodeon once again took the #1 spot for Total Day cable viewers with 2.275 million.

A & E Jumps into the top five in primetime and the top 10 Total Day due to success with the two part miniseries, The Andromeda Strain.
