FOX won the night with two hours’ worth of So You Think You Can Dance garnering both the most total viewers and the most 18-49 year old viewers. CBS was second with overall viewers but next to last among the 18-49 crowd.
NBC launched Baby Borrowers and I imagine the peacocks are pretty happy about it. Although it finished third in overall viewers (behind SYTYCD and a repeat of Criminal Minds) it came in second place for the 9pm hour in both the 18-49 and the 18-49 demographics against stiff competition from SYTYCD. Borrowers had average viewing for the hour of 7.82mm and a 2.8/8 in the 18-49 demographic and a 2.5/8 in the 18-34 demo.
Celebrity Circus didn’t fare as well at 10pm causing Marc Berman to knock it for its so-so retention of the lead-in’s last half hour, but despite being last in total viewers for the hour, Circus won both the 18-49 demo and the 18-34 demo. Circus garnered 5.67mm and a 2.0/6 rating/share in the 18-49 demo. Meanwhile the premiere of Primetime: Crime got more than a million more viewers than Circus with 6.77mm, but only a 1.8/5 in the demo.
Bill was a bit harsh about Farmer Wants a Wife last week, but the season finale garnered 2.45 million viewers all but ensuring that if there is a CW Network next year, there will be a season two of Farmer.

Loads of crap on the tube last night. Nothing worth watching. Baby Borrowers will end up like Kid Nation – cancelled in the end. Once the curiousity seekers are gone ratings will go down.
