In Plain Sight Has 35.6% Increase and 1.3 Million DVR Viewers
For the week of June 9-15, 2008, USA’s rookie In Plain Sight was the top cable time-shifted show with an increase of 35.6% over its Live viewing audience in its Live+7 viewing audience and absolute time-shifted audience size of 1.297 million, both very big numbers for a cable show. The show is not only a cable hit in Live viewing but among DVR viewers as well, who tend to be younger and more affluent. We don’t get demographic data on cable shows, but my guess is that the numbers would be quite good for In Plain Sight.

Filling out the top 10 was last week’s leader Army Wives, an iCarly, an original Law & Order:CI, two WWE Raw’s, a House of Payne, a Spongebob, part of the Friday coverage of the US Open Golf, and the NASCAR Sprint Cup race from Michigan.
Notable that another O’Reilly Factor appears in the top 20, a rarity for a news show.
Our time-shifting chart ranks which of the Top 40 cable shows had the largest increase in viewing between Live audience and Live+7 audience numbers from viewers watching shows later on their digital video recorders (DVRs). We include both the absolute size of the time-shifted audience (and sort the chart by that metric), and the % increase over the Live viewing.

I really like this show. Very cute. Light hearted entertainment. Great cast! That and Burn Notice are shows I look forward to. A rarity in these days of mundane, overly hyped and politically charged tv shows.

Any numbers on any of the 3 Gene Simmons Family Jewels that aired on June 15th?
(9pm - 9:30pm and the GS Roast at 10pm)

TVaholic, it wasn't in any of the top 40 lists we get, and my quick Googling failed to turn up any other info.

Me too. I just ran through season one of Burn Notice in less than a week. It's not a very deep show, just pure action and entertainment fun with a few beautiful people mixed in. I enjoyed it very much.
Looking forward to season 2 of Burn Notice on July 10. If I get a DVD before then, I'll post a review.
