		<description>Moderate: completely agree. Since CNBC actually put the small before and after numbers in the release, I didn&#039;t think a disclaimer was necessary.  It will take a while for FOX Biz to be on as many systems as CNBC.  CNBC is currently in ~60 million more homes, so its ratings success vs. Fox Biz isn&#039;t surprising or an accomplishment for CNBC.</description>

		<description>Many cable companies do not carry FBN because they do not have room for it. It is the most requested channel. Going from 2 viewers to 4 is a 100% increase, so beware of percentages.</description>
