KO's nightly gore of uniformed, immature and idioting ranting attracts like minded fans. It's obvious that Howard Stern has a night job in an Olbermann clown suit.
  • Fabfugarrie
80% of Oreilly's viewers are over 55...... Pass the geritol... this is gonna be good!!
  • Skippy, again, another liberal who can look at a chart and then come to a completely dishonest and/or idiotic conclusion about it.

I'd like to know how Skippy can look at the above chart and come to the conclusion that Oreilly has a a foot in the grave.

It clearly shows Oreilly having a commanding market share over his rival. and following the conventions, Oreilly's numbers jump through the roof while his competitors numbers get a very very VERY modest bump.

Skippy, we know you're just another liberal who can't tell the truth, but must you lie even when people can clearly see what you are saying is patently false?

Doubling and tripling your rivals numbers does not mean a foot is in the grave - rather it proves the direct opposite you numbskull.

Now run along and check your mailbox. Your welfare check should be arriving any day now.

Olberman is embarassing to all normal americans. He can t match up with Fox on intelligence so he uses attacks and lies which attracts only the loons on the far left who blame the government for all ther failures!
  • Terry
The only reason to ever tune into Olberrmann is the potential drama. One evening that lunatic will snap and take hostages. Such an angry sick man.

it looks like most of you billo pinheads are as dumb as fox prefers its viewers to be

as you can see by the graph it clearly shows billo's base has one step in the grave

the trend is headed to actual fair and honest reporting
  • Old Ewok
Olbermann will soon be replaced by the gay freak that follows him...ha ha ha. He is the worst...
  • Skip
KO is putting us all on, right? He is acting this part. He must be, no one could be this wrong and not know it!
  • Jerry Sinclair
I learn more information through O'Reilly than I do from the countdown. I do pop in there from time to time just to see if he can say something more radical than the last time. Lately someone has told him to put a sock in it. His free rein has been lasso'd.
  • Carson, your statement reflects exactly what makes a liberal a liberal.

Looking at a set of numbers and completely failing to translate them correctly - or just completely fabricating the results is the flypaper all liberals seem to stick their tentacles into with consistency.

Both shows have a steady increase in viewership. Yes, this would be why the red line and the blue line are traveling upwards.

That being said Carson, look at September. When folks begin tuning into political discussions following the party conventions, Oreilly spikes off the page, nearly quadrupling that of Olbermann. This not only proves your statement to be patently false and dumbfoundingly unobservant. It also proves that the liberal mind is incapable of deciphering simple pie charts and dot matrix grids.

Why don't you run along now and take your laundry down to mother so she can get your underwear washed for your job at McDonald's tomorrow.

  • >Station says: Actually, neither one is a news show, they’re both opinion shows. Of course, most idiots think that they’re news which is probably why everyone is so miss-informed and resorts to calling people freaks or dumbasses or just plain screaming at each other.

As "Post of the day", I believe we have a winner! :)
  • Considering that there are roughly twice as many conservatives than liberals in the US it shouldn't be surprising that O’Reilly's ratings are at least double those of Olbermann.

It's kind of sad that a delusional freak like KO who dreams that he competes in some way with the O'Reily show creates a dialog on blogs about this imagined competion. There is no competion. The ratings aren't competitive. One show is a news show. The other is a freak show.
  • Chris Merrill
Calvin, neither one of them is trending down, on either stat. Thats kinda hard to miss...
And even if O'Reilly were, there is a 'top' to the number of viewers a given show can get. After that, the only way to go is down
  • Olbermann was crowned Dirtbag of the Day yesterday here: http://piedmontpost.blogspot.com/2008/09/dirtba...
  • Philip Miller
Olbermann shot himself in his foot. Pure and simple. He thought himself bigger than O'R. He wasn't even close. Too big a mouth.
  • Calvin
OMG! O'Reilly is trending down. The end is near as the progressive attitude rules.
