It should be clarified that Nick’s claim that Monday’s SpongeBob special was “the most-watched entertainment program of the night among total viewers” should be qualified as “among cable programs only,” a fact the press release, whether intentional or not, failed to mention. The way it’s written indicates among all TV programs, which is false, as several programs beat the special, including every CBS program, also a Viacom network.

Scot, were you in a Nielsen family you’d definitely have been counted, but THR.com just neglected to include those numbers in their article.

And, sadly, we do not get age demographic information on individual cable shows from Nielsen.
