I see Fox Noise is gong down in the ratings very quickly. Espeically with the younger crowd.
Fox your time is up and it will be up once President Obama puts the squeeze on you. Hoping Pres. Obama refuses to be interviewed by Fox Noise any more.
Regulate and fine Fox for treason like we’ve been saying for years.
Vote Democrat now and in two years to stop Fox lies.
Pink Bear, you have too much time on your hands and instead of dipping into the honey like most bears, you’ve been drinking the kool-aid.
I guess KO will be bragging about winning one part of one night against BOR.
Olbermann will not admit that he was wrong on sarah palin not responding to “kill
him” even though it has been proven that a. secret service denies that it happen
b. palin was not present at the rally where the alleged event took place. KO does let the facts get in his way.
Sorry that last line should read:KO doesn’t let the facts get in his way.
>>>Fox your time is up and it will be up once President Obama puts the squeeze on you<<<
Just like a good commie would do. Yes, Dear Leader
Yeah looks like most of Papabear’s watchers are old fat retards.
Papabear O’Reilly usually sees his audience drop off 50% after elections. Average daily viewer will drop to 2 million. While Olbermann keeps growing non stop. From 2004 to 2008 Olbermann grew from 300K to now 2 million at this rate Olbermann will be 12 – 15 million by 2012 while Papabear O’Reilly will half ever 4 years by 2020 he will have 200K or less dead beats watching him.
Where are the ratings here for Daily Show and Colbert Report. Guess they punk Papa Bear O’Reilly every day so Seidman and Gorman hide the ratings of the TRUE LEADERS in cable news! FAUX News Sucks! Olbermann is GREAT!
Papa Bear,
Daily Show and Colbert have been averaging about 2.0 and 1.5 million total viewers respectively during Sept/Oct. That’s up from their usual levels becuase of the upcoming election. Both O’Reilly and Olbermann beat those numbers in their initial airings. At 11pm, O’Reilly is similar to Daily Show in total viewers, and at 10pm Olbermann is about the same as Colbert. Daily Show and Colbert probably beat O’Reilly and Olbermann in younger demos though.
There are more details on Daily Show and Olbermann in the “Late Night” section of this web site.
Correction:
There are more details on Daily Show and Colbert….
I knew it. Daily Show had 1.216 Million Views in the 25-54 demo. Guess they beat O’Reilly Daily and Colbert with average views of 1 million probably beats O’Reilly on most nights. Cant believe O’Reilly has the balls to claim he is the No.1 Cable News Show when Daily show easily beats him on any given night he is close to number 3 given Colbert’s numbers.
I hope congress or President Obama puts the hammer down on Fox Noise once he’s in office.
Be patient PaperBeargotPunked. Out time will be here soon.
O’Reilly will be dust and Keith O will rule the airwaives.
Make sure we vote Democratic in two years to keep the good times going.
Obama is our only hope to stop Fox Nose.
I can understand your disliking of O’reilly, as it takes a while to get used to him. However, he is head and shoulders above Obermann. He understands how most people think and let’s them decide for themselves topics/issues on his show from various both side guests. Obermann just spews the pro obama rants and doesn’t have anyone of true substance on his show (probably because their not interested in his obvious slant to far left thoughts). I think these days are tough and bush was not the greatest, but we can’t all spew our own beliefs. People like you and myself need to hear both sides of argument and decide ourselves, not one side to nth degree. I never thought I would comment on places like this, but it’s a shame so many are so hard left and right.
I’m sure Obama will drop the hammer……and sickle down on Fox News. That’s the first thing most communist leaders do after taking control. Silence the opposition starting with the media. At least you seem to admit that’s your goal.
Agree with PinkBear President Obama will put the screws on Fox Noise … O’Reilly and Hannity should be arrested from treason for pumping a war on fake grounds and Colmes should be neutered for enabling the bad actions of Hannity. Did you see how Rupert Murdoch begged to have a meeting with Obama … hahaha.
King Olbermann will rule the airwaves. Considering King Olbermann’s amazing growth it seems he will actually have 15 million views in 2-3 years.
I predict Keith O. will have his own primetime network show on NBC once Obama is elected.
He will tell the truth about what President Obama is doing so the U.S. public with be more informed for the next election in two years.
Go Keith!! Go Obama!
And people seem to really love Rachel Maddow which is really making me happy these days.
Go Rachel too!!!
I’d disagree with Pink and Papa.
O’Reilly and Hannity both have an out in that little first amendment thing. And as for Colmes, hey its a job, right? $20 says he makes more than you!
And papa, you do realize that the usual max for normal cable viewing is 4-6 million viewers? Olbermann will never, ever see 15 million as his normal numbers.
And Pink…dream on. NBC is the main reason Olbermann got pulled off of MSNBC’s political anchor chair. They aren’t giving him a normal show, although i’m pretty sure that his contract does give him a few shows on NBC, as well as occasional appearances on NBC Nightly News.
Also, the US public doesn’t want to BE informed. Who does better almost every night? O’Reilly’s ranting, Olbermann’s screaming or Brown’s more down the middle, down to earth (and sometimes downright boring) approach. How many Americans watch stuff like the BBC on PBS or BBC America, compared to our A.D.D. cable networks? There is a REASON we don’t get CNN International in America and AC 360 is buried.
And before the conservatives on the site jump all over the ‘Olbermann gets show on NBC in contract.’ The last time I recall they did that, they stuck him in no-mans land, and I think they will continue to do so, when they have to. And for the nightly news thing; thats pretty normal. I’m pretty sure Cramer has a similar thing, heck i’d bet that all the upper-level talent does. Maybe even for the Today show, but I doubt that. Plus, the last time I saw him on, it was something about sports, so not really a chance for political rants there…
Fox news is not real, it’s rediculous
Fox News must be stopped for telling lies.
Do I hear treason?
Olbermnann is nothing more than a pathetic ass. As for NBC, their family of networks is in the toilet. If they are dumb enough to give Olbermann, “The Meet the Depress Gig”, then you know it’s over for NBC news. remember, “This is NBC News, the most biased news coverage in America”.
Olbermann isn’t going to be given “Meet the Press.” Any more than Maddow or Mathews (although his other show (The Chris Mathews show) has him acting a lot more normal). I wouldn’t be surprised if they kept the current one in for a few months after the new president is sworn in and once the dust settles, pick someone out of the ‘off camera’ team. Its what they did for Mr. Russert. If they picked anyone from their current team of on-air talent, my guess is its a 3 man race. Chuck Todd is top, Andrea Mitchel, if they want to really want to mix it up on Sundays or maybe (doubtful, but maybe) David Gergory.
And further blazer, NBC is still top rated across the national news scene on the big 3, Morning, Evening and Sundays. Bill would kill for the ratings Brian Williams gets
Ahem…………
8PM – P2+ (25-54) (35-64)
The O’Reilly Factor—4,390,000 viewers (1,051,000) (1,860,000)
Countdown w/Keith Olbermann– 2,445,000 viewers (881,000) (1,310,000)
Ahhh…. poor Bathtub Boy, O’Reilly almost doubles his ratings again.
Not Andrea Mitchell. The reason I watch Fox News is for the hot babes. I would never be able to look at pot marked Andrea’s face for one minute.
Choice…hot women or Andrea Mitchell. Now you know why I watch Fox 24/7.
You all have no idea why Fox gets the ratings. I’m the only one that knows it’s the hot hot women with short skirts and never ending lets. They know what they’re doing to keep this “skirt chasing” man watching daily.
I think Olbermann should get the Night News, we need someone truth to educate Americans about the 16 year term of Obama and we need someone to do that all week …. Williams can take Meet the Press.
Also Obama should force CBS, ABC, CNN, BBC and Fox as well as Fox News to simultcast Olbermann everyday in PrimeTime also I think Olbermann’s nightly News should start everyday at 5pm till 11 pm non-stop commercial free. This is essential because the world needs to be educated about how good Obama is.
I really commend MSNBC/NBC executives for giving Americans another opinion platform in Chris, Keith and Rachael. They did the real maverick thing. As phenomenal as Barack Obama may be, the story of 2008 election would not be complete without the invaluable platform these three great Americans provide. These guys are the soyuz that continually blast off the truth in the face of the extreme parochialism, ignorance, right-wing fundamentalism and foolhardiness of most employees of Fox News (Bill Hyena O’Reilley, Shawn Jackal Hannity, all the fools at Fox and Friends, and the rest of those low-lives). Good things and good ideas are coming to our country. I would not be surprised to see Fox News rating below HLN in about a year. GO MSNBC!
Keith’s a hate merchant. That’s why he won’t tolerate anyone on his show who doesn’t agree to his world-view. Chris Matthews knows who he is and what he belives and welcomes people who disagree with him on his show. And look at all these keith supporters who are also in favor of Stalin-level brainwashing, censorship and violence.
I hate to say that Fox is the worse channel for news. It is such poor journalism. They should be ashamed of themselves. Hannity what a blow hard. He “never” lets anyone talk. Not to mention O’Rielly. I mean Keith Oberman reports, he uses good humor and he is accurate and fair in his statement. The only reason fox may look like number one is because there is only one “dumb sensationlist” cable news channel to chose from. I flip around from CNN, MSNBC, and Fox well when I turn that on I just want a good laugh. Oh and most times I just want to say , “Can you believe how incredibly bad these anchors on fox are.”. And just to get my blood boiling at how some people buy into what they report. They basically are reporters for the dumb downers in our society.
Margaret…It’s “D’bloggers” like you that give me, an independant thinker, great pause. The media has always been liberal. As an Independant, I am disappointed in the blatanly pro-Obama bias. The media has made it nearly impossible for me to make an unbiased decision. Unfortunately, we have only Fox News to challenge the mainstream media. We need more networks to promote challenge and debate. However, because of the media bias and their unwillingness to challenge Obama to answer the hard questions, with detail,I fear Obama has much to hide. Obamas’ arrogance and dismissive attitude toward any request to elaborate on his “radical associations” is a concern to me! For these reasons sadly, Obama has not earned my vote.
