I know I was indifferent about Fey during and after her time on SNL and only happened upon 30 Rock by accident. I think there's a chance the Palin publicity actually made people more aware of her type of comedy and maybe they'll stick around after having tried out 30 Rock because of Fey as Palin. Also, they have some pretty stunt castings this year... although admittedly none as huge as media titan Oprah. As for Smallville, did anyone else tear up a bit when he was reaching for Kara's hand before leaving the zone? That was some emotional stuff... Oh and props to Supernatural, toes the line between serious/brooding and campy/funny/cheesy better than any show.
