It’s interesting to note that CBS will tie Fox in the adults 25-54 demo only on a ratings point basis (which goes to a single significant digit). When average 25-54 viewership is used (which goes to 3 significant digits) Fox is going to win.

How can you win 25-54 if you’re tied with FOX? and no 18-34 numbers?
@ cool: details, details….
PR is the art of taking something that is even the tiniest bit true and making it seem like the *only* possible truth!
The CBS it’s an OLD OLD network… (i mean in term of people)
Wow, CBS has to “fudge” the numbers even to win the 25-54 now.
The fact do speak to the truth that without American Idol, Fox would not be a contender—the numbers for Glee prove thepoint—it lost viewers in the last hour. CBS may have had older viewers but guess what–it is postion toi take advantage of the millions of baby boomers who are being courted during this recession. Consistently, scripted shows still have an appeal. Reality TV has run amok. CBs rules–is it perfect-no but it has a broader tent although I could do without all the crime dramas except for the Mentalist.
I don’t understand the cancellation of Without A Trace. Yes, cost may have been an issue but as they said, it was one of the seven top dramas on TV (#10). How can you let that go?
