wow CBS soaps are going down and ABC soaps are improving slightly. YAY!!!
Who would have predicted six months ago that “Days Of Our Lives” would be the hottest soap, in terms of ratings momentum?
maybe the bold and the beautiful can be knocked out of second place and be replaced by days! days is doing amazing right now! congrats as well to the abc soaps for gaining!
Yay for DAYS. The weakest network has one of the strongest soaps!
Much of the same like last week. ABC improving, CBS falling and Days just improving every week. The Grace’s death storyline has garnered some viewers. We can say that NBC’s lone soap has found its niche.
B&B has really gone downhill with rehashing the same stories over and over. It is showing in the ratings. What shame since it used to be such a great show.
Imagine how much Better Days would be doing if they had never cancelled AW. But by July if Days tacks on more viewers they will be number 2
Hmmm, AMC was gaining viewers and even posting better numbers than OLTL or GH for a while. What happened now? There’s a huge murder mystery of a very major character in addition to a buzzworthy cougar storyline for THE Erica Kane. Aren’t people interested in that?
How good is it Days doesn’t need serial killer/memories wiped and on a disc story lines to help it get to the top.
What’s going on CBS? Last week ABC soaps did good and now this week. CBS soaps are the best. I love B&B, ATWT, and GL and all of them are in the dumps this week (again). I can’t believe how ATWT have dropped so sudden after being 4th a couple weeks ago. The storylines have really been good, I love seeing Roseanna make a comeback. I wonder which soaps are going to try and snag some of the writers from Days over to their shows.
Finally a storyline that does Alison Sweeney and James Scott justice. These two have turned their story inside out to bring us the core of what many parents have painfully experienced, and have done it with great compassion and honesty. Josh Taylor and all involved in ‘Amazing Grace’s’ storyline deserve praise.
Not surprised by significant drops in CBS soaps–especially Young and Restless–despite their top rating. They’re gradually losing ground. Maria Bell’s writing team is failing miserably at connecting with audiences and keeping characters consistent. Storylines are flawed flashes in the pan with no real depth or believability. They have recently insulted the intelligence of viewers.
