E!’s coverage from the red carpet event before last night’s Primetime Emmy Awards grew 15%.
Hosted by Ryan Seacrest and Giuliana Rancic, E!’s Live from the Red Carpet: The 2009 Primetime Emmy Awards averaged almost 1.4 million watchers, 15% more than the 2008 event’s tally, according to Nielsen Media Research live + same-day data.
The show, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. (ET), also generated a 9% increase in households to 1.15 million, a 16% gain among adults 18 to 49 (0.74) and a 57% jump among adults 18 to 34 (0.93)
