What was the competition for CBS? At 10pm, NBC had Jay Leno, what was on at 9pm? ABC had Dancing w/ the Stars (2nd hour) and Castle. Should we be surprised?

CBS has to be happy with a strong night of performers and very little tweaking needed from last season.

If AOP can hold over 90% each week, I think it could be renewed.

Alex – your right, sunday will be the only night that CBS will lose, ABC will likely win Mondays and Tuesdays too with Dancing but CBS’s comedies and NCIS will do great. NBC’s Football will win sundays, but CBS’s Three Rivers is the weak point that will bring down the aging Cold Case. Rivers will be axed and Cold Case will likely be moved back up to 9:00. I’m hoping Flashpoint will fill 10pm until midseason.

Raymond – CBS made a lot of smart moves this season. They smartly picked up Medium to air between Ghost Whisperer and Numb3rs. By moving The Mentalist to air out of CSI and Big Bang to air out of Men. Along with airing NCIS: LA after NCIS. CBS shows consistency and only makes minor changes where necessary.

AOP – Accidentally should get a full year. Mother got 9.22 and and Purpose got 8.99 million. While Big Bang and Mother got higher ratings the past 2 years. Accidentally has the best retention and If it can hold that the series will be renewed.

CBS has been my favorite channel for drama series with Monday hitting off with CSI Miami and then NCIS and NCIS LA Wednesdays are going to be strong with Criminal Minds and CSI NY Thursday is never a dought to have CSI Vegas and Mentalist. Fridays are up there with Ghost Whisper and Medium to top off the start of a weekend with Numbers. I used to watch a lot of NBC when they had shows like these now CBS has my interest and I am not leaving anytime soon for any new shows CBS TOPS THEM ALL!!!!!
