After two episodes, The CW has canceled Ashton Kutcher’s scripted drama “The Beautiful Life.”
Wednesday’s episode was seen by just 1 million viewers and generated a 0.5 rating in the adult demo.
via THR.
And the Renew/Cancel Index hasn’t even begun!
No word on what will air in The Beautiful Life’s timeslot, but the CW has used the last few Sundays to air repeats, and that option is no longer available since it’s no longer programming Sunday nights on a network basis.
Update: Melrose Place repeats will air in TBL’s timeslot for now.

This greatly disappoints me. I wanted to see how low it would go next week.
But I guess this means the season really has begun!
Already?! Wow, that’s weird.
I wonder if the networks will ever get so impatient, they’ll cancel the show while the pilot is still airing! XD
Not surprised by this. It was a bad show, the ratings were even worse. I wonder what they’re going to air in its place.
Lol?
Wow that was quick. A lot quicker than I expected. Looks like Beautiful Life joins, Head Cases, Smith, Online Nation, and Do Not Disturb as the first to be axed for the season.
That was a fast cancellation even by CW standards, I wouldn’t be surprised if Vampire Diaries repeats fill the slot until Life UneXpected is ready.
Haha so much for the CW doesn’t cancel shows fast, like someone else posted. This show stunk anyway, glad it’s gone.
I’m going to guess the CW will go with repeats in the short term. They used the last two Sundays to air repeats, but that’s not an option any longer since the CW no longer programs Sunday nights on a network basis.
Not surprising at all.
The CW doesn’t have much backup programs, so I read Melrose Place repeats could fill the hole. An extremely unlikely scenario would be moving Smallville to this spot.
Bill – Maybe The CW will replace it with Vampire Diaries/Melrose Place repeats. And they still have Blonde Charity Mafia and Fly Girls. They can go from now until ANTM ends and air either series in its entirety.
Jon, it’s a very fast cancellation *particularly* by CW standards. In the two years we have been running this site they haven’t cancelled a single show early like that.
SNAP! That was fast and swift…
Another option is to bring Smallville back but then The CW would lose viewers having a completely repeat friday. With The Beautiful Life axed its almost 100% that The Vampire Diaries and Melrose Place will both get full seasons.
tv to talk about
nuff said
I think the docusoaps will replace ANTM when it’s on hiatus, Vampire Diaries still more logical as the ratings for Melrose Place are bad and are likely to be bad in repeats.
The CW never cancels shows like this. I have a feeling they decided to cancel it so they could show repeats of the terrible Melrose Place to boost ratings. (Which won’t work) kinda like they did with 90210 last year when that aired repeats after Next Top Model.
It’s a fickle audience CW targets. Hard to nail exactly what females 12-34 want to watch consistently. Looks like the need to put vampires in ALL the CW shows.
Bill, the earliest in the past few years was FOX’s Do Not Disturb which was axed on September 26, 2008 nearly exactly a year ago.
Good riddance to bad rubbish. Now if they’d thrown Dawn out with the show too. Maybe they should try getting the Game back before BET closes the deal.
Jon – yeah but Vampire or Melrose repeats for 9 more weeks in that slot? I would have thought TBL wouldve gotten another week but this is the earliest The CW has ever cancelled a series. The latest was last year’s entire sunday lineup.
Fast! Well…what will CW do? My guess is for right now they will either run the remaining episodes or dump a repeat of Vampire Diaries in its slot (odd though if it is a repeat of Thursday episode).
Great news, wonder if it will be announced in a couple of days that Dawn Ostroff has stepped down
Good. The basties should have renewed Reaper!
Dan, I think CBS did the same when they canned The Ex List although that was after 5 or 6 episodes and they used repeats of NCIS and The Mentalist. I think Life UneXpected will be in this slot, it really can’t do any worse than TBL and has received positive reviews.
Nick, did Melrose get a six episode order for real? It was only six scripts last I checked, unless there’s been an update.
Melbye, it would be very unlikely but it wouldn’t surprise me.
Maybe they will bring back that other show…what was it? Body Politico?
Wow, I can’t believe the CW actually canceled a show so quickly. My guess is that the will use that spot to try to boost Melrose Place.
No question other broadcasters have cancelled shows this early, but not the CW in the past two years. And their Sunday night line up removal was (reportedly) a case of financial non payment by MRC Capital (the firm that sublet the night). Although the ratings were so low, I wondered about that public explanation.
Variety gets the “Death knell” quote award
Cancellation was expected, particularly after this week’s low numbers. The second and final episode of “TBL” averaged 1.1 million viewers – lower than a repeat of “Magic’s Biggest Secrets Revealed” on My Network TV.
http://www.variety.com/article/VR1118009201.html?categoryid=14&cs=1
Bill, in CW’s first season they did cancel one show after three episodes. This is the earliest ever, but I think the ratings here merited it, while I’m not sure even Privileged would have merited an early cancellation.
Shouldn’t have cancelled REAPER… idiots.
I wonder if they will move Smallville to it’s spot if it doesn’t do well tonight.
WoW! Talk about embarrassing!
Brittany, I’d say there’s almost no chance they would pair Smallville and ANTM together. More likely that you’d see 90210 repeats!
Julia – Yep until now, Runaway was the earliest cancelled CW show (unless you count Eight Days a Week, which wasnt even broadcast)
Jon – CBS filled 9:00 fridays with NCIS repeats, but The CW doesnt have that strong of series, so its likely they will air repeats of their new shows. Its highly unlikely Life UnXpected would premiere this early.
I wonder how many episodes they actually have in the can. I remember reading the show got off to a late start in production because of Mischa Barton’s rehab stint. Maybe 5-7 maximum?
They shouldn’t have cancelled Privileged.
I think I heard 7 were filmed and they were filming 8.
Dan, I expect Life UneXpected will premiere in January after American Idol has done the two hour episodes on both Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The only compatible show for it is One Tree Hill and I doubt they would break the OTH/GG on Mondays.
When will this network fold? If not for Vampire Diaries, chatter would start to hint in that direction.
CW should air repeats of Gossip Girl in the time slot. Give it a chance to gain some new viewers while not having to combat 18-49 powerhouses in the 2.5 Men, Bang and Dancing.
WHAT? No effien wayy OMG!!! I cant believe this. Cw is already a low network where shows dont pass 3 millions…at least a full season ughh…!!!
Jon – I had thought that Life UnXpected would air in TBL’s old slot, but it could air wednesdays at 9 after one of CW’s new reality series.
Don J – Its probably around 7 episodes but I dont think production will go on after that.
Hmm… Is Anil serious or joking?
Lol. At least it’s a gutsy move (by CW standards). Canceling reaper was a really good move… right, Dawn? :p
Whats there to joke about?
@ Julia … Sadly I think Anil was serious. I feel bad that she actually liked TBL.
With CW’s spin machine on overdrive this season (seriously, did they hire extra minds to come up with their press releases? I don’t remember them being so vocal last year), I’m surprised. I WAS expecting them to brag about TBL:
“The Beautiful Wife came #1 in its night for the least amount of viewers!!!!
The critics have come out in droves to praise how horrible this show was!
Quote Entertainment Weekly: ‘TBL makes me miss Knight Rider. And that thought makes me suicidal.’
TBL also nabbed the #1 spot for the least talked about show.
Quote Matt Roush of TVGuide (one of the most savvy TV-viewers: ‘The Beautiful Life? Is that the one with Roberto Benigni?’
Join us next week as Ms. Barton tries to act in yet another episode!”
Sorry, I had too much fun with that. However, I wouldn’t have put that past them this season.
The CW should air Chuck reruns in it’s place! Just ’cause Chuck is the best show ever. Isn’t there some sort of link between the CW and Warner Bros?
By the way… I was kidding.
I second the Reaper comment earlier. At least that show was getting viewers. If I remember it was beating the CW average as well when canceled.
Lizard
As we mention several times rumor has it that The CW will be non-existent in fall 2010. We’ll be back to ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox.
how many times did you mention it last year with regard to 2009-2010 season?
Wow that was fast… Even faster than my own worst enemy
If they put The Game in that timeslot it would have done really well, especially after ANTM. I cannot a show was cancelled that quick. But with those numbers it had to be done.
I third the comment about Reaper. They never should have canceled it.
Sorry guys the fastest cancellation of recent years was Emily’s Reasons Why Not in 2006, the story goes it was actually cancelled while the first episode was airing.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emily%27s_Reasons_Why_Not
BTW, CW has apparently officially announced that Melrose Place reruns will take TBL’s place.
the first show down!!! and its not on NBC WHOO HOO
Ha!
I wonder if anyone’s getting the message that a bad strategy consistently applied is still a bad strategy.
Of all the shows they had to repeat, they show Melrose Place which is struggling in the ratings, the ratings for the repeats are going to be bad. They should have picked Vampire Diaries.
I agree with Kevin’s GG idea. Monday is just too loaded with competitive programs. Maybe the CW should get down on their hands and knees and crawl back to Vince McMahon.
maybe the CW should just program thursdays
lol
I wonder if Dawn orders dinner for her Hubby when they’re at a restaurant? When he says he doesn’t like it does she keep ordering exactly the same meal for him every time at that restaurant?
Does Dawn Ostroff have dirt on someone? How does she still have her job?
So, they cancel The Beautiful Life (which should have NEVER been picked up anyway), they chose not to go with the critics fave Body Politic and they just ordered to series a reality show about a real-life Gossip Girl.
Stop filling your network with shows based on shows that are not hits. See Vampire Diaries, Supernatural, and Smallville. That’s what your audience wants (basically what was on The WB, not Dawn Ostroff’s crap UPN network).
it was expected, I was expecting it to have less than 1 million viewers next week.
Poor Mischa Barton
Matt, their upcoming midseason show Life UneXpected is more a WB style show and I think it’s the direction they should be taking with a mix of shows to appeal to both males and females.
Wow, that sucks…I liked that show…
FIRST SEASON CANCELLATION! FIRST SEASON CANCELLATION! and get this, its wasn’t from Fox
TBL is now gone….
Jay Leno is next.
Speaking of fast, I found at least one online petition asking for TBL’s continuation:
http://www.petitiononline.com/tblcw321/petition.html
Peitions to save a show are just as effective as Communism.
The only way to save a show is DVD sales (e.g. Family Guy), but on a show with only 2 episodes, I don’t think so.
The only hope I can see is if TBL goes to another network, like cable, but what channel on Cable would want TBL anyway?
I’m kind of smiling at the thought of a “Will DirecTV Save THE BEAUTIFUL LIFE” post
Should have known something was up last night when there was only one TBL promo during TVD / SPN instead of eleventy-billion . . . . . .
Well, it started with really bad #’s and then dropped below a 1 in the demo. Which is about a third of Gossip Girl’s #’s. It’s like the difference between, say, Chuck & Sunday Night Football.
Well maybe Melrose Place will be a perfect fit. Why all the negatives? Some people do like the shows and they don’t sit on here and say oh I hope Chuck is canceled or Reaper sucks. I don’t remember how Reaper did but I don’t think it was a ratings trailblazer either. I don’t think if it had stayed that it would have made the difference in CW’s ratings.
Jeremy, the thing about Reaper was that it remained relatively stable against heavy competition from American Idol
it wasn’t stellar, but as good as anything the CW could expect
it hovered around a 1.0 – 1.1 in adults 18-49? which is a bit more than what melrose is doing against average competition and double what TBL is doing
2 more things:
1. The Beautiful Life failed because of that insufferable ” :TBL” stylization
2. the CW’s green theme is really sickening
that is all
Melrose Place repeats are confirmed to air in place of TBL. Im not surprised, Melrose is performing like crap and CW really wants to save it.
People
Lord, Reaper (as much as I liked it) was rightfully cancelled), you don’t hold on to shows that terribly under performs just on the off hand chance that what replaces it will do worse.
That’s absolutely Insane. Every single network would be out of business if they followed that sort of programming schedule.
And no Reaper wasn’t in any way shape or form in its run beating the average of the CW. Not even close, Not in viewers, not in either of three primary demo groups (18-34, 18-49, and 25-54).
Someone really needs to start a poll on the over/under of how much longer the CW will last.
bye bye! I can’t say I’m surprised. I’m curious if Melrose place does better in the following weeks.
How is the CW even viable financially? It has horrible ratings on shows that aren’t reality show cheap to produce. I don’t understand how it even exists.
Let me get this straight. They pulled “The Beautiful Life” off the air and replaced it with “Melrose Place?” That’s like pulling “The Adventures of Pluto Nash” out of theatres and replacing it with “Gigli.”
Woah that was quick
I think THE cw EXPECTED A lot from this because the show got a lot of buzz over Mischa’s personal life
You know what would be great on Wed nights for the CW?
8/7c: Smallville
9/8c: Reaper
Throw the declining ANTM on Friday nights instead of Smallville. Kind of a slap in the face to Smallville after its been a solid ratings performer for the network for all these years.
The CW expected more ratings than these ratings.R.I.P. The Beautiful Life.Melrose Place encore on BL timeslot? Wrong move CW.
Gleebo, yes ANTM is declining but that’s no reason to switch it with SV, which is ALSO declining. ANTM is still doing good numbers for the CW right now.
I am the first to agree that Smallville should be moved to Wednesdays and should have a series like “Green Arrow” or “The Graysons” follow-up on the superhero night. It’s working for Thursdays combo of TVD and SPN. I think ANTM would be a perfect fit for Fridays, opposite Ugly Betty on ABC. Then you could air a repeat for another series like Melrose Place behind it.
I would have put Smallville in TBL`s timeslot in a bid to increase ratings.I would then throw ANTM E on Friday 8pm and Melrose E on at 9.
Revisied Lineup
Monday
8:00 – One Tree Hill
9:00 – Gossip Girl
Tuesday
8:00 – 90210
9:00 – Melrose Place
Wednesday
8:00 – America`s Next Top Model
9:00 – Smallville
Thursday
8:00 – The Vampire Diaries
9:00 – Supernatural
Friday
8:00 – America`s Next Top Model (E)
9:00 – Melrose Place (E)
that would be an improvement for The CW.
wow
thought this show would be cancelled
wouldnt it be better to have it complete its run than put in rep4eats of another show?
perhaps it would grow an audiencce?
can anyone explain how its better to cut the show now and put in repeats rather than back the horse you rode in on and stick with it?
especially when you dont have a real replacement show in the wings?
i mean the money is already spent right?
or is this the captain of the ship being drunk at the wheel and doing somthing stupid?
I’m not really surprised about this at all because I believe it was going to get cancelled when it wasn’t doing well in the ratings.
Don’t forget that CW ordered a reality show about a real-life Grey’s Anatomy.
First of all, great! First ax of the year, I’m thinking that Ashton Kutcher just got Punk’d
I’m one of those who just don’t get why Dawn Ostroff still has a job, but if she has half a brain she’ll understand that air an encore of a low rating show isn’t enough to improve its ratings.
To me, the best way to go is to move Vampire Diaries to Wednesdays at 9 PM, get Smallville back to Thursdays at 8 PM and go with Encore Fridays (ANTM and MP) until they have something to put on that timeslot.
I know some of you will say that VD (that’s a crappy acronym) is a perfect fit with Supernatural, but VD’s and ANTM’s demo is pretty much the same, and VD already has a strong fan base.
This way the CW press release can say they have Vampires at 9PM: blood sucking ones on Wednesdays and Thursdays, money sucking ones on Mondays and rating sucking ones on Tuesdays and Fridays
The CW needs to go back to the UPN’s strategy of not micro-targeting, not the WB’s strategy, which has completely failed them. The UPN’s line-up was a mix of AA sitcoms, sci-fi, models and wrestling, but it worked. When the UPN and WB went off the air, the UPN was out-rating the WB.
Just so, so many mistakes.
Networks need to stop giving Ashton producing roles. Here are his short lived failures: Adventures in Hollywood, Miss Guided, Game Show in My Head, The Real Wedding Crashers, Room 401, Pop Fiction, Opportunity Knocks, and The Beautiful Life. Keep in mind, this is only since 2007. His only shows to get 2nd seasons: Punk’d and True Beauty.
the show is great, please the show must go on
I am pleased to see this cancellation. It screams out audience reputiation of the network’s narrow-minded narrowcasting strategy. I would be happier, though, if Lady Dawn went out the door with it. Until she is out of the way, the dropping of one awful CW show will only make room for another awful CW show.
Oops, . . . that’s “repudiation”. Sometimes my fingers don’t go where my mind is leading. Sorry.
Whoa. The Beautiful Life beats Three Rivers out of the gate for first cancelled series.
I figured with the numbers it got the show wouldn’t see a second season, but I had also thought that the CW’s standards were so low they’d still air all the episodes.
Mumbo, “The Beautiful Life beats Three Rivers out of the gate for first cancelled series.”
Three River’s critical advantage: Not having aired!
“Two episodes of Three Rivers aired”, perhaps a good over/under!
After Models Inc failure in the 90s, I think its official that fictional modeling shows just don’t work! I don’t think people want to see the dark side of Hollywood and the glamour world. Im not surprised to see this cancelled but I am shocked at how quickly the CW ditched it.
It was overkill at the end of the premiere episode with Mischa Barton alone in her room screaming and breaking stuff. Didn’t we already do that with her on The OC? lol Its actually too bad for Mischa because I really do like her as an actress. Its time for her to grow away from these teen shows. Get a gig on Law and Order SVU or The Closer…or something like that.
I CANT BELIEVE THIS WAS CANCELED!
I LOVED IT! and how on earth is melrose still on?!?!
I watched like 30mins of the first episode and had to stop.
It doesnt even compare to the greatness the original one had.
Ouch. I mean, who’d have thought that the first cancellation of the season is a CW show? That’s just low. I mean, even by CW standards, the numbers were pathetic. And everything else this year is doing horribly for the CW as well. The odds of the CW going under just seem to be getting greater and greater each day.
Nick – The ratings were horrible (especially after following The CW’s highest rated series). CW would rather save Melrose Place than keep TBL. I cans see Melrose and Vampire returning in fall 2010. Also none of the other networks have series that are in danger of cancellation yet now that theyve premiered.
Update: Fox’s Dollhouse is now officially in danger of Cancellation.
why didn’t the cw just let the remaining episodes air until the found a replacement becuase melrose will do just the same or even worse then tbl will.
mark, once CW makes the decision that a show’s a goner because of bad ratings, why keep it on the air to continue to financially damage themselves?
Good riddance, TBL. Which show is next?
Shem, hard to say, but the Renew/Cancel Index returns Tuesday!
Bill/Robert – I guessed that Three Rivers would be axed after 4 episodes but it could average out to 3. And then Cold Case would likely be moved back to 9, and Flashpoint could return at 10. Also Viva Laughlin had an advantage to not being the first series axed, by premiering October 18. Here’s my guess for Renew/Cancel Index
Cancelled:
ABC: Hank, Eastwick, The Forgotten (50/50), The Middle (50/50)
CBS: Three Rivers
CW: The Beautiful Life
FOX: Dollhouse
NBC: Mercy
Shem – The order that the series will be cancelled in is
The Beautiful Life – 9/25/09
Three Rivers – mid-late october (after 4 airings)
Dollhouse – November (all episodes likely to air)
Hank – November
Eastwick – November (all episodes likely to air)
Mercy – December (all episodes likely to air)
The Middle and The Forgotten could either be renewed or axed depending on how a lot of factors. (The Forgotten is doing OK so ABC could take a gamble and order more eps or replace it with a midseason drama) (With Hank likely axed and Modern/Cougar renewed, Middle may be the odd comedy out, so ABC could order more and pair it with a midseason show or just get rid of it)
Renewed
ABC: Flashforward, Modern Family Cougar Town
CBS: NCIS: LA, The Good Wife, Accidentally on Purpose
CW: Melrose Place, Vampire Diaries
FOX: Glee, Brothers (maybe)
NBC: Community, Trauma
Sophomore series likely to get a full year
ABC: Castle
CBS: The Mentalist, Gary Unmarried
CW: 90210
FOX: Fringe, Lie to Me
NBC: Parks and Recreation, Southland
I think 90210 and The Mentalist already have full seasons.
That sucks, Sorry Ashton i thought the show was good. Maybe MTV can pick it up and put it before The Hills and The City. Melrose Place should have been first its horrible story line, all over the road and I only know one person on the cast Katie Cassidy from Harpers Island. Go Vampire Diaries about time they got something back like this ever since Buffy and Angel went off the air.
That was quick!
Lest we forget, Kutcher was also responsible for “Beauty and the Geek” which I thought had it’s moments and I’m one who does not watch reality/game shows as a rule.
I gave Melrose Place a chance because of Katie, but I too gonged it after about 30 mins. I found TBL very cliched and overly flashy but I managed to stick with it through the entire 1st episode and intended to give the DVR’d 2nd episode a shot. Probably not worth the time anyway.
I had initially thought that TBL would last through November, boy was I wrong.
Talk about IMPATIENT CW- i didn’t even see this show advertised and was lucky to catch it. I LOVED, and thought it was great. I was totally looking forward to next week. Sometimes it takes a few episodes for a show to get popular. I loved it so much I told several people to check out the episodes that they missed online.
CW, you are making a mistake!
Next on the CW
“The Ashton Kutcher Show” – otherwise to be known as “Turn-On – Volume 16″…
…followed by “She’s Missing – And Nobody Cares” – starring John Walsh, sitting in front of a fireplace, in a smoking jacket, drinking Dewars, worrying about the disappearance of Dawn Ostroff – sometime next year…
…followed by the Indian head test pattern, until the electric company shuts off the power…
wow… that was quick, for anyones standards!
but i gess u can say it was quick and painless.
no one had time to get attatched, and atleast they didnt drag it out a few more weeks which cood have sparked some crazed fans like dollhouse or terminator, lol
Theoacme:
You omitted the “Pink Lady and Jeff” reunion special. :-p
Bill writes, “mark, once CW makes the decision that a show’s a goner because of bad ratings, why keep it on the air to continue to financially damage themselves?”
They keep “Gossip Girl,” “One Tree Hill,” “90210,” “Melrose Place,” “America’s Next Top Model,” “Vampire Diaries,” “Supernatural” and “Smallville” on the air. What’s one more?
And, yes, the CW has given some quick hooks to fall shows before (“Runaway,” “Online Nation,” the entire MRC Sunday lineup) but this is the first time they’ve scored the proud distinction of the very first cancellation of the season. So, congratulations, CW — you’ve finally made it!
Bob – I can’t have all of the fun, can I – I left that for you
And Riff – when will the CW have the distinction of being the first network to be cancelled since – well, was there another network cancelled since DuMont?
Riff Rafferty – Its not like any other networks have series in real danger of getting axed. CBS only has Three Rivers, which they will likely axe after 3 airings, NBC only has Mercy which will likely air out all episodes, ABC has Eastwick and Hank, which will both likely run until November, and FOX has Dollhouse. TBL seems to be the only one ratings wise that was in danger of being axed, and it has been. Next up, Fox’s Dollhouse, CBS’s Three Rivers.
Wasn’t there a ‘Primetime Network’ before UPN? I’m sure there are other networks beside DuMont which have been closed.
Interesting move. It should be even more interesting to see where things go from here.
This shouldn’t be a shocker to anyone.
The show didn’t need to be canceled it just needed to be revamped. Take out all the scenes with Mischa Barton and the show improves immensely. I noticed I liked the first episode way better but that is because she was hardly in it. In the second epi the shotty acting on her part made me angry until they switched to the other character’s story lines. I really would love to see the two leads in something else soon cause their onscreen chemistry was awesome.
it was such a terrible show but i just hope the CW puts Smallville in its place on wed nights.
I’m surprised at everyone who wants CW to move Smallville to wednesdays. Thats NEVER gonna happen, CW moved Smallville to fridays for a reason, and their sticking to that reason. Smallvilles already proved itself as a series, it doesnt need to air after ANTM.
As much as I would like to see Smallville moving to a better day, I don’t think CW will do that. SV is the only show they have that can give more 2 mil on a Friday night. They knew that, and that was what they were expecting and what they got.
As a SV fan, I would like it on a better day, because I know it would perform better. Unfortunatelly, it won’t happen.
Im a fashion enthusiast and i was really enjoying all the designer showcasing. Im really surprised that its been canceled after only 2 shows. I had no idea that the CW would cancel a show so quickly. I think Melrose Place is just sad. The original soap was awful.. so why they would recreate it is beyond me. And all the famous people in TBL should have given them good ratings. Idk. Sorry Ashton..
OMG HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY NEED TO WATCH THIS SHOW. i LOVE THIS SHOW. IT WAS GREAT. IT BETTER NOT BE OVER OR IM NEVER EVER WATCHIN THIS CW AGAIN UNLESS THEY GET THIS SHOW BACK. IM SUPER ANGRY. OMG ONLY 2 EPISODES? SOMEBODY WHO CANCELED THIS IS IMPATIENT. I MEAN 4 REAL? 2 EPISODES? IT JUST CAME ON. MAYBE MORE PEOPLE WERE GONNA WATCH IT. HOW WOULD U KNOW IF U CANCEL IT? IM REALLY REALLY MAD. THEY BETTER BRING THIS AWESOME SHOW BACK
I cant believe the serie got cancel!!!!!It actually had a good story line and was somehow different from the other series playing at the moment which have the same concepts and are very repetitive like 90210 (specially). Im surprise by the ratings, and Im sure many viewers like me are dissaponted by the unexplained cancelation of the serie by the network. They should have left the serie which I was sure was gonna pick up viewers with more advertising, because it had as much potential as Gossip Girl which is already loosing its popularity…
I am very unhappy about the cancelation!! I acually liked this show!!!
Why would they cancel this show?!! Sometimes networks are so stupid. I hate it when they cancel a show before the season is over. They obviously had some confidance in it or they wouldn’t have given it the green light in the first place. I really liked that show & the actors in it. If they aren’t going to air it then at least put them online so it’s fans who are disappointed can still see it.
i am kind of sad i thought the show was doing well…..but to be perfectly honest i forgot that the show even existed …so i must not have liked it that much…..and dollhouse says….love that show like crazy
and CW should be changed back to WB56 hated the change…and clearly you its not doing well
thats stinks! they should put it back on! there are just so many shoes on that night but i still watched in on the website!!
It’s a bit of a bummer. I liked the premise of the show. It was different and I enjoyed the fashion aspect. I can’t quite believe they’re gonna replace it with such a ridiculous show as Melrose Place. I watched 20 minutes of MP and that was more than enough for me. Bad decision
I though show was ok i was wondering why it didnt record dude cw is the best channel 90210 is the bomb and vampire diares is awesome one tree hill needs more shady , lying cheating and sex …but i am a fan since the beggining…keep up cw bring back dylon and david to 90210 already
The Beautiful Life was an awful show I’m glad it got cancelled, the CW should pick up Kyle XY now, that show needs a new home and CW has a spot free now. Save Kyle XY!!!!!!
