If you’ve been watching the ALCS on FOX (or perhaps other FOX programming – I confess when it comes to the scripted programming I am a guilty as charged when it comes to being a DVR viewing, ADD having m-fer!) you might have seen some of the promos.
I’m sure there will be interest in the ratings for The Wanda Sykes Show, but time will tell if we ever see any of them. Saturday late nights on FOX have historically been a ratings data blind spot for us. We’ll see if that changes any with The Wanda Sykes Show which premieres on November 7, 2009 at 11pm ET.

Those were funny plugs. So Wanda has two shows on two major networks, wow!
Can I ask why FOX are even worrying with such a shocking timeslot?
You know — I got turned off to Wanda Sykes when her last show’s first episode began with her going up to some guys in flag ties and saying they certainly were “flaggots” — and repeated the line a few times. Now she is same-sex married in real life? I have to give her another look.
love all three ads!
LOL great bunch of promos!
Definitely a great alternative to SNL…definitely looking forward to watching.
I’m gonna miss MADtv, but I love Wanda so I will be watching this!
i already do miss madtv!! Snl has sucked so far and i could always watch madtv and laugh! Hope wanda can pull it off and get viewers….
Very funny promos.
Looks like it might be good, certainly better than MadTv, but she stole the glee promo thing from Family Guy. In the episode “Peter’s Progress” a 24 promo appears on the bottom of the screen and Stewie is like “Hey, this is our show! You’ve got your own time slot!”
Just saying…
and they stole that idea from the simpsons movie i guess has a long history of shamelessly promoting shows within shows and even movies
LOL. Love Wanda Sykes! Her recent HBO special had us in tears we were laughing so hard at times. I will be setting up the TiVo season pass for this one.
