ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live” Draws its Largest Audience Since Premiere Week
“JKL” Outperforms “Fallon” for the Week by 15% in Viewers, Topping the NBC Program for the 4th Straight Week, Every Week of the TV 0910 Season
Weekly National Ratings:
During the week of October 12, 2009, ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live” attracted its largest audience (1.71 million) since premiere week (week of 9/21/09). “JKL” was up in viewers over the prior week by 6% (1.62 million – week of 10/5/09) and up over the same week last year by 10% (1.56 million – week of 10/13/08).
- “JKL” bettered NBC’s “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” by 15% in Total Viewers (1.71 million vs. 1.49 million), outdrawing the NBC late night program in viewers in all four weeks of the 2009-10 TV season. Season to date, “Jimmy Kimmel Live” is outperforming NBC’s “Fallon” by 20% in Total Viewers (1.69 million vs. 1.41 million).

This is more about Fallon (the most untalented sack of marbles in the world). You know Fallon, the posterboy during SNL’s darkest hours. Although his bff Lauren Michaels doesn’t think so.
And I thought life was fair.
I don’t get it. Fallon? There wasn’t ANYone else out there? I don’t get it.
Kimmel’s show is great behind Ferguson. Though, I tried watching Fallon…couldn’t watch to boring. The only good show was when Timberlake was on.
I haven’t given JK a chance like I should have so far. Maybe I’ll watch tonight since the others are in repeats. Even if Kimmel has repeats, they’re new to me.
kimmel is good. like with the late show, there’s a good host who is funny but the overall product is a show that isnt so great or well written.
kimmel’s monologue is better than letterman’s. although kimmel shows a lot of tv clips, he has good jokes……and doesnt repeat them every night like letterman
sketches on jimmy kimmel live are generally pretty bad though
One glimpse at that picture has convinced me I will NEVER watch Jimmy Kimmel. Ugh. And I used to think Conan’s smirk was smug and off-putting.

I bet Fallon is close buddy with someone who put him there,
Fallon is one of the worst late shows ever. It makes Arsenio Hall’s show look good.
