OK, so Sons of Anarchy didn’t top this chart, but at least it was on the chart at #22 and it was the top cable scripted show with adults 18-49 (it beat both Monk and White Collar with adults 18-49). Plus it’s the best show on the air right now!
But the premiere of White Collar (and Monk, too) were higher on this list. I enjoyed the White Collar premiere which averaged exactly 5.400 million viewers. It’s not too late to guess the average viewers for this Friday’s episode of White Collar for a chance to win $500 worth of White Collar prizes.

So Dunham beat the first hour of NBC’s once-powerful Thursday lineup. And apparently is the new Big Bang Theory of cable? What’s the second highest-rated cable comedy, I wonder (not counting kids’ shows)?
So it seems almost all of Monks fans stuck around to watch White Collar. It’ll be interesting to see how many of them liked it. I personally thought it was a good show.
White Collar has the advantage of being behind Monk and I expect the final episode will get 6-7m and if WCC holds onto them then for a cable show in fall, it will be an achievement.
Jeff Dunham did well and I expect Comedy Central will be very happy but it’s very different from the likes of South Park or The Daily Show. FX should be happy that Sons is doing really well and a renewal is a lock.
Why, yes, Mr. Seidman, Sons of Anarchy is the best show on TV! And good to see a great show finally get some love!
And a woo hoo to its ratings, and those of White Collar!

Where does Stargate Universe fall on the list? Nowhere near the top 25? Ouch.
Kyle, true, but it’s doing as well or better than Battlestar Galactica did last spring and it’s definitely outperforming Sanctuary.
People can cry over Stargate Atlantis getting canceled — whaaa whaaa whaaaa all you want, but Syfy shows don’t make it to the top 25 regardless of what’s airing.
Only Ghost Hunters was anywhere near the top 50 (with just over 3 million average audience).
What’s amazing is that the network keeps winding up ranking in the middle of the pack of top cable nets in spite of not having a Spongebob, NCIS, Law and Order, monster ratings generator…
Stargate Atlantis reached the milestone of 100 episodes and very few cable shows do that, I do agree SGU isn’t great but it’s only the first season and it ahs time to make changes.
BTW, Is SGU splitting it season or is it running 20 episodes straight through as I know Sanctuary will be replaced by Caprica in January.
I think FX usually lower than USA and TNT in viewers by a lot but it’s quite high in the desired 18-49 demo, even A&E Network does well as it’s a top ten network and it has no shows in the Top 25 either so I think Syfy has a lot of solid performing shows and movies and appeals to the elusive male demo.

@Kyle – SHERRI is not holding up so well. Down to 0.504 million viewers last week. (So bad, Lifetime moved RITA ROCKS to another night, away from the bad lead-in).
@Theseday_99 – On Saturday night, BON JOVI: WHEN WE WERE BEAUTIFUL scored 0.288 viewers at 9, followed by BON JOVI AT MSG, which got 0.235 mil.
