I know this is a fan bingo card, but I think taking Mercy off the air for the week didn’t do it any favors.
Question: Is this more accurate than the other post’s tallies?
For example, the first chart said “Modern Family” had an 8.59mil. in overall viewers, and a 3.4/9 rating/share. That differs slightly from these. Is this new revision more accurate?
Just wondering, so I can properly edit Wikipedia =P.
James, these are the final numbers, while the ones posted this morning were just preliminary. These are more accurate.
Ah, wonderful. Thanks, Julia =). Wikipedia always links here (it’s actually how I discovered the site, I think, upon seeing “Community” was justly picked-up for a full season), so I just wanted to figure out which post is the more reliable post. Woot!

So everything on ABC except Modern Family had a series low last night.
James, Travis works somewhere where he gets the numbers directly from Nielsen. But he’s anonymous (his name is not actually Travis Yanan) so that’s all we know.

I’ll echo my thoughts from another topic: I think it’s clear that “Cougar Town” is wearing on viewers, and they’re caring less and less. I think a lot of the reasons they’ve stuck around previously was simply because it has such a lovable lead-in with “Modern Family”. But that can only last for so long for some people. Meanwhile, people make an effort to start watching ABC at 8:30 for “The Middle”, because they can’t stand “Hank”. I hope ABC realizes what a great match the two well-rated series are and eventually pair them up and toss out the garbage =).
It saddens me to say it but Eastwick is going to cancel. Soo sad
The Middle dropped to a 1.8, thats not good but Hank dropped to a 1.3.
Cougar Town will be over a 3 again next episode without Baseball.
The middle is a good show but it’s not compatible with any of the Wednesday shows, it’s more of a scrubs and better off Ted type of show. It’s like pairing malcom in the middle with the office, both great shows but not compatible. Too bad for eastwick, my girlfriend loves it
I wish ABC would give The Middle a real Lead-In!! when a show that starts on a :30 and gets way better ratings then the lead-in thats saying THE SHOW IS DEAD
Its time for ABC to cancel Hank. I seriously think repeats of Modern Family can do better.

Kyle, 8:30 shows almost always go up from 8pm.
World Series did suck a few live viewers away from the other nets. Look for an uptick next week for all the ABC comedies–except for Hank. I guess you can give ABC some kudos for keeping the schedule realtively stable, but Hank is just not catching on. Having watched a few episodes, it’s easy to see why.
Modern Family sucks compared to Cougar Town……….. and the Middle to be honest…

A 3.5 for Modern Family against world series finals is impressive!
Too bad for the The Middle but again it had a big uptick from Hank’s demo. Woah, Cougar Town below 3.0 is a bit alarming I guess but still good performance against baseball.
Christine and Gary are steady. CSI NY at 2.8 is low for the show, if ABC decides to air Lost at Wed 10pm, it will beat CSI NY by a landslide.

ANTM is like Survivor, they started out slow but as week goes by their ratings went up. If they could only find a good show that will grab ANTM’s audience
Eastwick is a good show. If ABC chooses to air all thirteen episodes I’ll consider myself lucky. Failing that, I’m hoping to see Jaime Ray Newman back on Eureka next year.

Criminal Minds and CSI: NY went up a lot in finals. Good news for both shows and that will mean CM and NY will get monster numbers next week.
Modern Family looks to be having a nostalgic run as its real possible the show could be under 7 million viewers by its third season if it goes that far.
ABC should cancel Hank and the Middle, they arnt doing good and they are only in, I beleive, their first season right? It will only do worse. They should cancel it and put Ugly Betty in its place. It would be a great lead in to Modern Family.

I am so proud of Modern Family. The first non CBS comedy to perform well in its first season in quite some time. And ABC is proud to have a well performing show these days. I really hope it does well in award season. The show, Lloyd, Levitan and Ty Burrell deserved recognition for there work on the show.
Here is a question. Do you all think its mockumentary style is attracting Office viewers? The office is a hit and I wouldnt be surprise if there watching Modern Family as well.
I noted in another thread that Eastwick’s post-Halloween 18-49 ratings were still scary, but the final numbers are frightening!
In my opinion, the best Spring lineup for ABC. I think abc need to shake a little their schedule and make some bold moves. Like moving Private Practice to Sunday or Brothers and Sisters to Monday.

On wednesdays, V don’t compete with American Idol in spring, because Fox usually move this show to 9 pm.
I think V could be a good lead-un to abc comedy block.
Lost final season, so tuesday against AI and NCIS don’t be a big problem.
ABC needs to launch a new show with Grey’s Anatomy lead-in with a different plot, not a medical drama.
Is time, to Private Practice breaks the bond with GA. However cross-overs could still happen. I think on sunday night after Desperate Housewives could make the same results.
Brothers and Sisters on monday could improve a lot the slot.
The big questions are again tuesday and wednesday 10pm slot.
I don’t now romatically chalenged but if this series have enough arguments could airs on tuesdays or wednesday.
I look forward to the CMA’s every year. I love The Middle, please ABC keep that show. Don’t like Hank, and Cougar Town is not as good. Hope “V” stays 1st episode was so good.
what ABC should do midseason is this:
8:00-The Middle
8:30-A new comedy
9:00-Modern Family
9:30-Cougar Town
10:00-Castle
I think the Middle would do better leading off the night instead of being at 8:30.
ABC obviously has another comedy up its sleeves, they wouldn’t reasonably suppose all their new shows to be hits.
Castle would be a great fit for Wednesdays, and no I’m not a fan, I just think it would be (I watched one episode).
Just my non-expert opinion.
The Middle is the only show I watch Wednesdays on ABC.
I think its funny and am very sad that “Hank” is so awful.

The casting on the show is all wrong. As I said before
Shelly Long and him were a perfect fit. I don’t see
him with kids. Perhaps he should go in some other direction
maybe a murder mystery like Tom Sellecks TV movies.
Now I watch Tom Sellecks movies to see him but I like a good
murder mystery and Kesley could be an interesting detective.
Monk is fun and different I am sure Kesley could come up with
something along those lines. I loved “Back to you” but fox cancelled it too soon it was getting better and better than wham-gone.
PaukPT, that is the dumbest spring lineup I have ever seen, not even kidding.
And the Other James, no one cares about Ugly Betty anymore? I do. So that doesnt make it no one. So why dont you not act like a complete idiot. Ugly Betty, while its numbers have gone down, still has a strong fanbase. So screw you Other James, I honestly think Ugly Betty is the most creative, smart, bright and well written shows on ABC, especially this season and you might know that if you watched it.
I’m getting so tired of The Middle, Hank, Cougar Town, FlashForward and even Desperate Housewives. The only new shows ABC has got that have been pretty good so far are Modern Family and V. Grey’s is so overrated.
