It had a message, but I am not sure that it was conveyed in a particularly funny way. Sad to see that had the best ratings, as I think it was the worst episode of the midseason. But keep in mind, though last night's episode was fantastic (and in my opinion the best of an already excellent season 2), quality of a particular episode is not necessarily any indication of what the ratings will be for it. That said, barring something wacky, the ratings for last night's episode should be more or less in line with the rest of the season -- and they have been outstanding for FX. SOA is by far and away its #1 show with adults 18-49 on FX. Sonny, it was a no brainer even before last night. But keep in mind, though last night’s episode was fantastic (and in my opinion the best of an already excellent season 2), quality of a particular episode is not necessarily any indication of what the ratings will be for it.

Think Sopranos meets the Shield .. I am up to the last Episode of Season 1. One thing that I really like about the show is how fast the stories move along. No long sappy emmotional momements.
