Syndicated Ratings Top 25: Two and a Half Men, Judge Judy and Oprah

Posted on 18 November 2009 by Robert Seidman

Oprah Winfrey

Below is the table of top 25 syndicated shows for the week ending November 8, 2009.

Please note that the syndicated weekly results are delayed versus normal reporting.  While we get the broadcast and cable ratings for the prior Monday-Sunday period every Tuesday, there is an extra week of lag time with the syndicated ratings and these numbers are not for last week, but for the week before last.  So while Friday Night Smackdown! is now counted as a syndicated show and we are seeing the numbers again, they are delayed.  The numbers below are for Friday November 6, not November 13.

Legend of the Seeker fans, the show’s season two premiere didn’t make the top 25, below, but I did a separate post on those numbers (average audience of 2.58 million viewers).

Please note that the #s for Monday Night Football are the total number both for the ESPN airings and the local markets where the games are syndicated to one of the local affiliates (a rule to ensure the markets playing the game can watch them, even if they don’t have ESPN). As a result Monday Night Football will be at the top of the syndicated lists until football season is over. It’s sort of bogus, but since I can’t break the syndicated portion out, I’m just reporting it as Nielsen does, but you can figure most of the viewing is actually directly on ESPN.

For syndicated shows which air on multiple days, the viewership shown is the average of all telecasts.

BUENA VISTA items are syndicated packages of old Disney movies. For more information click here.

DAD = Disney ABC Domestic Television, SPT= Sony Pictures Television, 2/T=Twentieth Television, ESP = ESPN, CTD = CBS Television Distribution.

    Why isn’t NCIS on this lest?

  2. gbd says:

    I can’t believe how much I missed the info I get from this site. I proudly admit I’m a tv ratings geek. Glad you’re back. Thanks again for all the hard work you do!

  3. mark-allen says:

    does anyone have any info on the bonnie hunt show?

  4. Matt Killeen says:

    Nice to see The Insider nowhere in the Top 25.

  5. Don says:

    I don’t get why people watch the Wheel weekend. Its just a repeat from last season.

  6. lisa says:

    This is the 1st week of November sweeps! and you have nothing to say? Oprah is DOWN from the previous week’s result not up…
    Isn’t that worth a comment or two?
    Your Title implies she is doing well when she is doing a rating’s dive at the most important time of the year, as far as income from advertisers is concerned.
    Oprah is considering quitting a year early because of her poor ratings and income loss.
    She made a huge effort to have shows this month that would bring her back up again. Seems that no matter what she produces a lot of people are no longer interested….

  7. Oprah is considering “quitting” her show to move it to the cable network with her name on it. That’s so far from “Oprah is considering quitting a year early because of her poor ratings and income loss” that I can’t address your comment with a straight face. Sorry.

  8. Leroy Little says:

    I can’t believe that in your top 25, there are only 4or 5 that are worth watching!

  9. LIbertyBelle says:

    Oprah lost her audience the minute she told us “he is the one”. She forgot that middle Indpendent free thinking Americans put her on top! I stopped buying any products from her sponsors the minute she went politicing.

  10. Joe The Filmmaker says:

    See ya, Oprah!!!! Finally people know who you really are!

  11. Linda says:

    Should have stayed out of politics.
    What a dumb move
    She overestimated her influence

  12. LMIC says:

    I had some Oprah Sucks shirts made about 4 years ago and my sister and I wore them to a outdoor weekend hippy concert. I could not believe how many people loved that shirt. One guy kept raising his price to buy the shirt right off my back! I wore that shirt to a Sarah Palin event last year and it was insance how many people wanted a picture of that shirt, especially the 20-somethings.

    I love wearing that shirt.

  13. Utah Botox says:

    Ratings stink for Oprah and she’s getting out of the game before it gets embarrassing. Way to take the George Costanza route!

  14. Ray says:

    Sheesh.. No wonder why we are in the state that we are in, this is what the majority of people are watching? The only intelligent show is CSI and it’s only at number 9? Yes, Jeopardy is there, but it’s a game show, and two and a half men?…wow! It is clear to me now that half of our population are drones, and have no idea of what is going on in the world around them. These are the people that can’t keep their attention span on target long enough to understand it all I guess. Sad.

  15. GreenDragon says:

    I guess haters will hate. Oprah on the other hand is still getting paid. She may be taking a risk, but with great risk comes greater rewards. Good luck, girl.

  16. Ross says:

    Re: Ray @ 5:12 pm

    Ray, a couple of points:
    1. “Jeopardy” is, unlike every other game show, an intelligent show. Except when they have the teen tournament, when the questions and categories reinforce all of the pessimism about the education and intelligence of today’s youth.
    2. If you think “CSI” is an intelligent show, then I have to inform you that you are one of those people you so condescendingly described as “drones.” It’s a cop show that is utterly devoid of either mystery or suspense, to say nothing of the embarrassingly bad dialogue. “Seinfeld” and “Family Guy” are brilliant, insightful comedies. CSI is so insipid it makes “Two and a Half Men” look like “The Godfather.”

  17. DebB says:

    Heh. Ask Howard Stern how that worked out for him. He may have got paid upfront (more power to him) but his audience dropped drastically. I doubt his next contract will look quite so good.

  18. Bill Houston says:

    Arguing about which of these shows is best, or worst, is like having a ‘muddiest pig’ contest.

  19. socialism sucks says:

    Going down with Obama boat! America is on to this clown and the fools that support him.

  20. The Truth says:

    I don’t watch any of that worthless crap. Just goes to show, a majority of the viewing audience are retards.

  21. sobey says:

    just the way Rosie o’donnald got political same for ophra the minute she showed her real intent and what a real racist she is people got it.no one should have that big an ego anywhere. I liked her in the very begining of her show then she started preaching and endorcing this nut job obama please who the hell does she think she is just another fool who could only influance people who are weak and need to idolize someone. I always found ophra to be a very false person.She’s always out for revenge in some way she’s a show off too please without the people she would be no body. You know she has a hugh ego when she goes with this dumb ass president and that she devil wife to kiss ass to get the olympics they must have said who the hell are you.

  22. To:The Truth writer

    Please do not disparage the mentally disabled by lowering them to the level of some of these other writers.

  23. JP says:

    Oprah is simply a self aggrandizing media whore. Good riddance…

  24. waterlogged says:

    Oprah, who has made a career out of being a “victim” while cashing in, outstayed her welcome. Judge Judy, a classy lady who represents the best of American values, won.

  25. Ron says:

    Ugh the Drudge readers are here (or is they would probably spell it: ‘the Drudge reederz r hear’)

  26. IndianaAmericanMale says:

    Never liked Oprah, what a fraud

  27. Dorothy says:

    I’m pleased to hear is Oprah leaving or at least the show is, I haven’t watched her program for years- Hey, maybe Obama has a job for her at the White House. Hmmm.

  28. Dale says:

    O why don’t you endorse Nancy Pelosi? Maybe Barney Frank. How about Harry Reid. That should just about end your little parade.

  29. Randall says:

    She has always been overated with an ego second only to our current president. Her audience are mindless drones who are looking for free promotional crap and who seem to love her mainly to asuage their guilt. Now perhaps she can spend more time with Eric Holder – er’ is that Steadman…???

  30. Zane says:

    Ha! Ron, thanks for pointing out how others make grammatical and spelling errors with one of your own: Ugh the Drudge readers are here (or IS they would probably spell it: ‘the Drudge reederz r hear’)
    Funny how just because someone is on the conservative side it means you are an idiot. Read some Thomas Sowell and talk to me about how ignorant conservatives are. After all, the clever people in the White House are running our country into the ground and people like you are laughing all the way to the workhouse.

  31. Paul says:

    Good riddance Oprah. And please take comfort in knowing your Communist In Chief is right behind you one year later.

  32. Stephen says:

    Lest ???

  34. Phil mullineaux says:

    About time the rascist, that’s right, rascist, was getting her butt kicked out of TV. I knew what she was all about a few years ago, when she made 2 statements. In her drive across america, with her best friend, they audio recorded everything. One statement she made was, ” look at all the white people I got workin’ for me now!” The other statement was about something she allways remembered her mother telling her; ” If you do gets a job, make sho’ you go to work for white peoples; they gots the best stuff to steal!” I can’t even begin to tell you all the things that are just plain rascist in that statement, but this is what she remembers.
    This is what I call, passive, or conscious rascism.

  35. Doug (2) says:

    Yay! Another link from Drudge! The crazies keep on coming…

  36. cya says:

    dont let the door hit you in the ass okra. C ya

  37. Ron says:

    I did make a typo, my apologies.

    I would like to encourage all Drudgies to read this article by the TVBN staff: http://tvbythenumbers.com/2009/09/14/media-well-tie-oprahs-ratings-drops-to-obama-endorsement-even-if-theres-no-supporting-evidence/27062 . This article discusses how there is now correlation between Oprah’s endorsement and her ratings.

    Furthermore, Oprah did not use her show as a platform for Obama or any other candidate in the 2008 Presidential election. All politics were outside of the show.

    Charlie Sheen is a big extreme liberal, but I don’t see anyone trying to claim that his public statements with his opinion that 9/11 was a conspiracy by Bush lead to a rise in ratings for “Two and a Half Men” in syndication.

    **TVBN (this site) is a very good site to dispell false TV ratings trends, and I encourage you all to read it regularly to see solid factchecks from various sources on TV, whether they be The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, conservative blogs, neutral blogs, or liberal blogs. TVBN has an excellent staff that researches the researchers’ articles.**

  38. shaun says:

    Doug,

    How did you find out there was a link from Drudge? Oh that’s right, you must be one of the “crazies” that you’ve mentioned.

  39. Dred says:

    It’s over, Fat O !

  40. Golden Rule says:

    I wonder if she is going to start a show on cable news to get BO re-elected.

  41. Bambie says:

    After “the Oprah” is gone, I wonder where the idiot women that listen to her will go

  42. Kendall says:

    Ron may be the smartest man to ever read a web page since Al Gore invented it, thanks for pointing out she did not support Obama, WAIT SHE DID!

    Ron you fool, it only takes MSNBC 20 days to reach numbers that Rush hits a day. Hannity cleans lefties like you 4 to 1 (4,000,000 viewers with Palin). Now that she came out as a lib, Judge Judy takes over.

    And yes Doug, I did see this on Drudge. Doug, I don’t need CNN or MSNBC to tell me what to read or that taking over private car companies is A OK.

  43. Ron says:

    Kendall,

    Oprah supported Obama, but did not take about her support or politics on her show during the campaigns. She had no political guests from the ‘08 campaign until after the campaign was over. Please see her interview with Sarah Palin for reference, and confirmation from Palin about this.

    There has been no decrease in Oprah’s ratings that has not been seen in other syndicated shows, such as Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, and tons of other syndicated shows.

    “Now that she came out as a lib, Judge Judy takes over.” –Judge Judy has had higher ratings than Oprah since way before Oprah endorsed Obama. Judy is one of the richest women in the entertainment industry.

  44. Doctor B says:

    Judge Judy is awesome! It’s kind of sad that the list is largely comprised of games shows and syndicated shows. When will the decent programming return?

  45. rckmom says:

    There is NOT ONE show that you have on the list that I would waste my time with…maybe Hollywood will get the message and quit putting out crappy stuff …even in the movies …it’s CRAP and not worth the HIGH price of a ticket! WAKE UP Hollywood, we’re tired of your ‘going green’ and useless, meaningless shows! BRING back the Hollywood that made it worth it to turn on the tv!!!

  46. Shnide says:

    I would rather be water boarded than watch her show, at least I’ll know that I will still live!

  47. Eddie says:

    Who the F cares about the Bonnie Hunt show? Really?! She sucks

  48. Stan says:

    Bonnie Hunt is witty, spontaneous and clever, not to mention funny. She seems to appeal to a more educated audience. Too bad more people haven’t tried viewing her show. Guess you’ll have to tune in to another repeat of the hilarios (not) Two and a Half Men, Eddie.

  49. Cory says:

    You’ll all have to forgive the rabid, off-the-wall, Oprah/Obama comments. The Drudge Report linked this site. ‘Nuff said.

  50. Me says:

    Yes, please ignore those drudge people who care about matters of substance, not where judge judy ranked this week. It’s people such as yourselves ignoring all things with real consequence that have allowed these politicians cause the mess we now have.

  51. Desert Rat says:

    See ya, Harpo! The whale has been harpooned.

    By the way, did I miss something:
    What happened to “House”, the show, not “as big as”?

    “House” is the only network show I watch.

    Oh AND, all of those stupid “CSI” shows, Bones, Law and Order, etc. are so full of factual inaccuracies you’d think they’d be too embarrass to air them. I guess not.

  52. Aardvark says:

    Thanks for the note on “Legend of the Seeker”. I loved the first season. A few dead episodes, but for the most part, it was a lot of fun. I have high hopes I will enjoy Season 2 but I cut the cable last year and watch via NetFlix. Probably means my opinion loses value but I want to see it last at least 3 seasons.
    Opra had a great run and is a winner on many fronts. She has the resources of a queen so don’t laugh too hard at her business decision to change direction at seeing the decline of a product line. I am no fan and have seen little of her show. Her joining O’s during the election did help the president significantly.

  53. xcon says:

    Judge Judy is the only show worth watching on that list.

  54. mariav says:

    Her poll numbers are dropping as fast as Obamas.

  55. Jim says:

    She turned her back on the white women that made her. Quit watching anything that has her name on it.

  56. PTP says:

    What no NCIS?

  57. Marty, Louisville says:

    Oprah’s contribution to global warming “crisis”, leaving, saving all the watsed energy watching that drivel.

  58. Rush Fan says:

    Ditto, Trtuth!! Very well put! I don’t like any of this crap.

  59. dee says:

    I don’t like BIG “OOO”, but I wish her the best.
    I wonder what all the white chicks are going to do now.
    Maybe they will get off the couch and find a JOB>>>>>>>>>
    and just maybe BIG “OOO” will go off to Africa and become their
    PRESIDENT.

  60. lisa says:

    Mr. Seidman
    “Oprah is considering “quitting” her show to move it to the cable network with her name on it.” you say (ha ha ha).
    I don’t know where you have been or what you have read or heard in the last few years. But there *never* was a plan to move the Oprah Winfrey tv talk show to OWN, her new network.
    On the contrary, she wanted to do the show for 25 seasons and then call it quits, this is the 24th season. Oprah likes anniversary numbers, and probably was planning a 25th Anniversary DVD product, just like she did after the 20th year anniversary of her TV show.
    Recently, she has been hinting that she may finish this 24th season and not proceed with the 25th, she has stated she will decide in May 2010 (after the May sweeps?). She does not want to end her ‘longest lasting talk show’ on a sour note, due to poor ratings, just like her predecessor had to do, Phil Donahue.
    The OWN network is yet to formulate what their lineup is going to be, in fact they are in the midst of reshuffling executives again, and can’t agree on the content and direction the network should take.
    They are now a year behind with no shows and no income….
    Nice to be sarcastic when you do not know what you are talking about, and insult me in the process. Maybe we should swith jobs?

  61. Linda says:

    I used to watch Judge Judy until it became too stressful listening to her rudeness, It’s a shame that so many people get their entertainment by needing to see others insulted and put down. I started feeling sorry for the deadbeat defendnts.

  62. Mr. Insensitive says:

    Maybe you guys should try reading a f**king book instead of worrying about this mindless bullshit. Oh my god! I can’t believe it! Is Oprah really leaving her show….Thoughts from the mindless sheep as our country fades. Douche bags!

  63. buffalo bob says:

    “Why isn’t NCIS on this lest [sic]?”

    NCIS will be found on the TOP 25 NETWORK RATINGS, and in the TOP 25 CABLE BROADCAST RATINGS; as it is not in syndication, it is completely understandable why it does not appear on the top 25 SYNDICATED ratings.

  64. Josh says:

    It’s sad that Two and a Half Men crack the top 1000. People have no taste or sense of humor.

  65. Bill Gorman says:

    lisa, Oprah’s announcing her plans for the future today. You will no longer have to wonder. Although the news yesterday that she’d continue her current show until 2011 already points out one error in your comment.

    Edit: She did make her announcement, but there were really no more specifics in it than we already knew yesterday.

  66. Tom Shea says:

    So Oprah stayed on the air just long enough to help elect Obama president and now for him to destroy the country. She should quit! But do so right now, not in 2011.
    That’s right Oprah, quit now! This way you’ll be the first in line at the refrigerator.

  67. Larry Brewer says:

    When I personally know 3 Oprah fans that dropped her like a ripe melon off a 10 story building after she endorsed Obama, I guess I just connect the dots and assume her ratings problems had something to do with her politics. Remember, this wasn’t entirely a left / right issue either. She lost a lot of women by picking Obama over Hillary. She split the audience that would have never voted for McCain/Palin in the first place. Add to that, the Oprah show with Palin was the highest rated of the season, and you’ve got all the evidence you need. But why hasn’t anyone mentioned her embrace of all the loony new age health gurus? Like the nut job that killed 3 people in Arizona couple months ago. A virtual regular on her show for years. One of the same people that brought us the “Secret”. All psychobabble trash and she wrapped herself in it completely without ever questioning the harm it could cause.

  68. maggie says:

    yep……i’m with you. her words will go down along with her, “he’s the one! OH PLEEEEEEEEZZZZZZZZ! give me a break from all his lies. i love you o’shanity!

  69. brigitte says:

    I watch all the listed shows except oprah.

  70. Chiken Foot says:

    cus NCIS SUCKS HAHAHAHA

  71. Chiken Foot says:

    South Park is better than family guy, Family Guy can suck my fat one

  72. lisa says:

    So I’M WRONG?
    I posted before the latest news from the Oprah camp yesterday Nov19 and today Nov20th, I don’t have a crystal ball, do you?
    Funny, how you completely ignore your own errors, Mr. Gorman and Mr. Seidman…
    She does want to complete her 25 years at the helm of her talk show, all I said was that she stated she might reconsider, she made that statement last month.
    Someone else from your website’s staff want to share?

  73. Mr. Right says:

    Here’s the deal. Millions of hard working men bust their humps every day to bring home the bacon. Women too! But Oprah’s audience are the wives who don’t work and will do nothing better than to tune her in an listen to her inane drivel day in and day out. Judge Judy is a show about a bunch of social losers and deadbeats sueing one another. Time spent watching Oprah and Judge Judy is time wasted.

  74. jimbo says:

    Hmmmm…

  75. El_Paco says:

    I find it funny how people are still getting mad about Oprah endorsing Obama. Yeah, so terrible. Obama hasn’t even been in office long enough for us to even see if he’s “ruining this country” like all you people from Drudge say. Economics and politics doesn’t work that quickly. It takes time. In another one or two years if things dont start to get better, then complain all you want. I would be right there complaining next to you.

    But if Oprah voiced her support for Palin, you guys know that you’d love Oprah after that and you’d claim that she’s one of the smartest women on earth. But instead you hate because of her political affiliations. Sad.

    Oh, and here’s a list of people you should avoid supporting by never going to see any of their movies, buy any of their products, etc. because they have all publicly voiced their support of Obama.

    * Willie Nelson
    * David Letterman
    * Oprah Winfrey
    * Halle Berry
    * George Clooney
    * Sheryl Crow
    * Bob Dylan
    * Topher Grace
    * Macy Gray

    * Britney Spears
    * The Dixie Chicks
    * Ben Affleck

    * Kristen Chenoweth
    * Morgan Freeman
    * Will Smith
    * Ed Norton
    * Eddie Murphy
    * Charles Barkley
    * Robert De Niro

  76. Russell says:

    Yea, they never learn. They are all too quick to forget how Rosie “O”
    Dumbell crapped on Tom Selleck, (a few years back), and how that little stunt ran her career into the ground overnight.

    But still, it’s good to know that there are people who still realize that if it quacks like a duck….

  77. Jonathan Desverney says:

    Oprah is leaving on the top of her game. She still has the number one talk show, and she is a billionaire for all you haters who is glad to see her go can kiss her rich ass. And to think that Sarah Palin will beat Obama in 2012 is stupid, nobody is going to vote for Sarah Palin she thinks America is in the Continent of Asia. And for all you Conservative Racist people need to stop hating on successful smart thinking black people, allot of people on late night and morning talk shows supported Obama… Hell even President George W. Bush was smart enough to vote for Obama to get America out the mess its in today.

  78. Mike Z says:

    Sobey, I really, really hope you’re 5 years old. 6 tops. That could be the only thing that could explain….

  79. EL_PACO: Quite a list of documented druggies and alcoholics you have listed there. What an endorsement!

  80. Oh! By the way………..kiss my …!

  81. Maze says:

    I have not ever watched Oprah’s show. She seemed to be a positive influence on many people though. We all have our own minds and think for ourselves. It’s only those who feel threatened by that that will offer their criticisms and insults. Oprah, whatever you do with your future and fortune, good luck. I admire your success.

  82. Lotty says:

    Yup, I’m one of those Drudge “haters”….I hate it when somebody sucks a fortune out of all her women audience, and then supports the Reverend Wright taught black male over a qualified woman. That told me all I need to know about Oprah!

  83. tt says:

    Not a fan of Oprah, but good for her…money, success, influence……but when she and other tree huggers vote in, support and recommend a socialist administration, I draw the line. Now they want US to cut back on our lives…
    ….how about this instead……NOBODY…including the Hollywood creeps needs a home larger then ?5,000sq ft., don’t need more then 2 houses per family, and 2 cars per family member, no private planes (fly commercial), and one limited sized boat/yacht per family..we can deal with their excessive jewelry,furs….etc later. Once the idiots who support this socialist administration cut back, I will do likewise…..I can hardly wait for Kerry, Kennedy, Gore, Clinton, Pelosi, Oprah, Letterman, Hanks, etc, etc…moving into their new digs…..sale of their existing belongings should fund lots of health care….no need for tax hikes.

  84. Seriously says:

    Isnt there anything better for anyone to talk or fight over then oprah? I guess in the past she was big, I dont really know, I dont watch much television. I can tell that I think Im better off anyway. Read a good novel, or go outside. Oprah seemed to me kind of a scammer. I dont care if she stays or leaves, shes still going to be stupid rich. I dont think the drugde report is that bad, I still read other news sites. Everything has a hidden meaning these days, so just take it how you feel and be happy. Im not a hippie btw hahaha. PS The office is good.

  85. Ron says:

    “Yea, they never learn. They are all too quick to forget how Rosie “O”
    Dumbell crapped on Tom Selleck, (a few years back), and how that little stunt ran her career into the ground overnight. ” –Actually, it boosted her ratings, led to the extremely successful Million Mom March, and her show lasted four more years until she decided to retire from the show’s hectic workload.

  86. Ron says:

    “But why hasn’t anyone mentioned her embrace of all the loony new age health gurus? Like the nut job that killed 3 people in Arizona couple months ago. A virtual regular on her show for years. One of the same people that brought us the “Secret”. All psychobabble trash and she wrapped herself in it completely without ever questioning the harm it could cause.”

    -I agree that this is where any slip may have come from.

    …. Judge Judy, a classy lady who represents the best of American values, won.
    “a classy lady”???? Don’t piss on my leg and tell me it is raining.
    You ARE waterlogged – J.Judy is utterly lacking in judicial demeanor,
    conduct, and carries around her own personal version of Rules of
    Evidence. She makes a mockery of the judicial system – which is why
    she, in a startling display of honesty, characterizes her show as
    “entertainment”. The predecessor of Courtroom shows, Judge Wapner,
    set a standard of conduct and education to which none of his successors have lived up – and Judy least of all.

  88. Tomasco says:

    While I don’t agree with Oprahs politics I do admire her greatly. What she has accomplished in life is impressive considering her background and early life. She sure wasn’t born with a silver spoon in her mouth. She worked hard and she worked honest jobs and improved herself. She is one smart lady. She is a successful publisher, TV personality, actress and is sitting on a 2.7 billion empire. She has achieved the American dream by her own efforts and that is admirable. I don’t watch Oprah or read her mag….I’m a gun kind of guy. Her performance in ‘The Color Purple’ was spot on. I disagree with her politically but that is no reason to condemn the woman for her beliefs. She’s one smart lady and I would love to talk to her for a day and pick her brain. U see the evil in Obama. I saw the evil in Clinton. I don’t detect evil in Oprah but hey, I’ve been wrong before.

  89. Tomasco says:

    Oh, I’m one of those stupid people that linked from DRUDGE. I love the Drudge site because it has links to every newspaper and organization on earth. I read Al-Jazeera there too… Drudge simply links to different news stories. He doesn’t pick just rightwing sites. Is this a right wing site? You probably got more traffic in one day due to Drudge than you have had however long you’ve been here. Ya’ll keep knocking Drudge and Rush and FOX but they are just kicking ass in the ratings. I guess there must be more of us hicks in America than you highly educated sensible liberals. (snicker)
    Scuse me now, I have to go clean my guns and dust the big old bible off. Oh wait, I forgot….I’m an atheist and don’t own a bible. Silly me.

  90. Taiko says:

    Tomasco – you’re spot on. To all the *real* Americans out there ~

    Merry Christmas!

  91. Don Vito says:

    Where was she on the ratings list before she endorsed Obama? And, does anyone remember the Pontiac G6 bogus give away? Fraud, racist, liberal person with a lot of money, Opra is a piece of c___! Great…she’s going to run away from mainstream tv and hide on the digital upgrade level that most of the section 8 welfare cases that watch her no can’t see her…unless their stealing cable or spending their welfare on satellite! What a phony stuck up rich b____!

  92. mwalk says:

    Hey el stupido, i mean el paco, grow some brains. the points you refer to are low-brow liberal hog wash and last decades news. alot of people are upset with orca because of the empty suit she sold us, knowing very well how obummer has NO EXPERIENCE whatsoever!!!! the only reason she pushed him on us was RACE, plain and simple. keep knocking the right, because you know they ARE spot on with calling the left what they REALLY are, condescending elitists with no regard for the average american. i’m so tired of IDIOTS claiming these altheletes and entertainers to be some sort of all-knowing demi-god just because they performed well in the color purple, or can hit a golfball 350 yards, WHO CARES!!! do your own thinking!!!!

  93. T.V.viewers at last I have a chance to unload. Get away from the TV go dancing, go fishing go outside and enjoy the day/night. Get away from the TV you are robots. You mind numb TV zoombies are a lost people and manipulated by advertisers and utter crap wriiten by Hollywood. Ski season is just around the corner get some boards or a board and see a real mountain.

  94. Nancy Redge says:

    Oprah is a genial person who made good money from her middle of the road values, but she lost her cred and my respect when she revealed herself to be racist by casting all that aside for going tribal on us all. The nice fat lady no longer seems so nice when you suspect she would sell you out because she has more melanin than you. That’s pretty much what’s going on with her falling ratings.

  95. Free Mind says:

    El Paco Anyone that makes major political decisions (like who to vote for) based on the endorsement of an entertainer is in my opinion a worthless twit who shouldn’t be allowed to vote. Be it Rush, Oprah, Hannity, etc., they’re all entertainers who have found an audience and will say whatever they think will keep their ratings up with their audience to keep the money flowing in. I love Dylan and Springsteen, but I have my own mind, am able to reason and don’t need them to help me make up my mind on politics or anything else for that matter. I go to movies, buy CD’s, etc. for entertainment and enjoyment. I could care less what their political recommendations are. And the news pundits on both sides are nothing but a bunch of self serving gas bags.
