  1. Bill Gorman says:

Not clear why we didn’t get the ratings for Tuesday, the 17th. I will check on them.

Got them resent. They are posted.

  2. Demonjoe says:

Hannity’s ratings were amazing. It must have been that Sarah Palin interview.

  3. Tony says:

    The power of Palin!!!
    Critics and haters be damned.

  4. Rosie says:

    Sarah Palin’s interview.
It was good. She is just a regular American.
I think we need more like her in DC. This administration is
    a rash of deceiving, egomaniacs.

  5. AppleStinx says:

Demonjoe wrote: “Hannity’s ratings were amazing. It must have been that Sarah Palin interview”

That being the case, O’Reilly should get close to 6 millions tonight, his first of 3 nights featuring Palin.

  6. Nightstar says:

    AppleStinx:

Interesting ratings line prediction… will be interesting to see if O’Reilly makes, exceeds, or falls below that mark with Palin’s appearance.

:places a hovering gimlet eye on O’Reilly’s ratings:

  7. JC says:

I told you guys Sarah Palin would boost the ratings. And tonight she’s on O’Reilly. Watch out!

  8. JC says:

I would not be surprised if O’Reilly reaches 5 million tonight. Like I said before, love her or hate her, she’s a force to be reckoned with. The left would do well not to underestimate her.

  9. Adam says:

    I don’t think O’Reilly will break 6 million on Thursday’s Palin show. My guess is 4.9 – 5.1 million.

  10. GaryD7310 says:

O’Reilly is agains NFL Football tonight, but look out, he will get 4.5 or so.

  11. anonymous says:

very smart of oreilly to stretch the palin interview 3 days

  12. Jfan says:

    I think O’Reilly will get 5.5

  13. anonymous says:

anyone notice no bump for obama interview

  14. markd says:

palin/oreilly —5x the olger. if that happens and all he’s got are cheap shots he’ll come across as a little yapping mutt,,,,,and make her a bigger star,,,,thaannnkkks keith

  15. Andy says:

I don’t know why anyone watches MSNBC. All cheap shots at Sarah

  16. felixw says:

Why would anyone watch O’Reilly talking to Sarah Palin, when they can hear Olbermann ranting about Sarah Palin instead.

  17. Tony says:

One would have to watch over 4 hours of Olberdouche or over 5 hours of Maddcow to equal one hour of Hannity and Palin.
I don’t think I would even subject Gitmo detainees to 4-5 hours of that kind of inhumane torture.

  18. Joey says:

I see that Chris Matthews and Oberdone are back to the race card. Palin’s white crowd, her use of the word profiling, blah, blah, blah.
Matthews should be so embarassed by his recent statements that he should disappear up Obama’s pant leg.
I don’t think the liberals are worried about Sarah Palin running for president. I think they are worried that she is telling the American people the truth–and they are listening. They are scared that she is exposing the Obama big lie–just in time for the 2010 elections and beyond.

  19. Horace says:

Judging by the numbers, BO and company are in deep doo doo, as his their lapdogs at MSNBC et al are dying, indicating a predominant mood of conservatism on the rise.

  20. geff says:

    go fox!!!

  21. Horace says:

Why would one expect a bump for BO? We’ve heard it all before, again, and again and again. The man has nothing new to say as he’s shot his bolt.

  22. YZNN says:

Welcome to the FreeRepublic. Ratings edition.

  23. manny2066 says:

Man….she is amazing….I never liked her before but I can guarantee one thing now, she has my vote if she run for higher office…

  24. billr says:

Nice ratings bump for Hannity, will check tomorrow for Mr. O’s figures.
Palin seems like a fellow citizen that carries her own groceries. Remember back in 88 or 92 when Bush 1 was caught with a laser price reader at a grocery store, and hadn’t seen one before?! Consequently, he was accused of being “out of touch” with the working class.
Personally, I’d prefer a leader that would tell me the truth in plain direct English during hard times, rather than some fancy orator with a degree from Harvard.
Whether they are a Republican or Independent makes no diff to me….

I’ve been coming here to check on Fox ratings vs everyone else for awhile, as I’ve watched the other channels too. I was so apalled (and amazed) at the rubbish on Olber—– and Madd—- that I had to see if I was the only one that preferred Fox. Nope!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  25. DGL says:

Notice none of the usual Liberal spinners here tonight?

  26. AppleStinx says:

billr wrote: [Remember back in 88 or 92 when Bush 1 was caught with a laser price reader at a grocery store, and hadn’t seen one before?! Consequently, he was accused of being “out of touch” with the working class.]

Here’s what actually happened – in short, that “out of touch” tag was created by a writer for the New York Times who wasn’t at the “grocery store”:
    http://www.snopes.com/history/american/bushscan.asp

  27. wd says:

Did anybody else see Joy Behar and Nancy Grace get into it tonight on Behar’s show. Cat fight , looks like Grace dosen’t care to much for Behar.

    ….Caught it while flipping

  28. russc says:

Palin , Dont the Dem,s just hate her ,Did you hear Ferro on Greta tonight. Who care,s what she thinks. Dont need her OPINION Ab. anything.

  29. JC says:

Obama won’t produce any ratings bump because he has made so many speeches/public appearences/townhalls/campaign speeches that we’ve heard EVERYTHING like a thousand times. The “flare” in Obama is gone. Independants have abanded him in mass and he’s left with just his base.

  30. GaryD7310 says:

Did anybody catch Overbite trying to discredit Beck of all people? Then he brings that dirt bag Andrianna Huffington to take cheap shots at Beck. No wonder he can only break a million if that a night, he is disgusting, people hate mean spirited @holes like that. Beck tripples his ratings anyway.

  31. D.J. says:

4.2M viewers for Hannity? I guess the “Glenn Beck to Prime Time” watch is off for now…

I’d be curious to see the breakdown of O’Reilly’s hour over the three nights he is interviewing Sarah Palin. How many non-regular viewers drop out after the interview portion is done?

And keep in mind, Sarah Palin will also be talking to Greta on Fox one night next week, I wanna say Tuesday. Anyone know why Beck hasn’t scored an interview with her this month? (In all fairness, she was Beck’s first Fox guest.)

GaryD: Yes, Bill was up against NFL football – but it was on the scarcely-carried NFL Network – no big deal!

  32. Jerome says:

This is hilarious. I’m a Dem and I watch O’Reilly once in awhile. But this nonsense about ratings is a little much…Fox has had good ratings all along. Even without Palin… So why all the hub-bub? By the way Hannity is no O’Reilly! There is no objectivity in his interviews or reports…The Inquirer has more facts. O’ Reilly makes the effort to ask effective questions and not lead the interview with Obama bashes. Time to re-evaluate what you’re looking for in a NEWS station folks. Right now none of them are on the level of their predecessors because none of the cable or regular news sources are objective. Best thing to do is get/stay involved in your community and find out what’s really going on. Regardless, what your political affiliations are, that should be enough. Not watching multi-millionairs talk about being “everyday people”. That’s a farce…

  33. shoey says:

    wow!

Hannity feels the Moose power, go Sarah.

Elites of both parties had better take note,

the Moose is on the loose!

  34. GG says:

Maddow has to dump the Peyton Manning look. Nobody likes that guy.
She’s getting pulled down by a football player.

  35. cat7722 says:

Jerome: “There is no objectivity in his interviews or reports…The Inquirer has more facts.” (talking about hannity)

Well, thats because he is a conservative talk show host. Why would he feel obligated to spread the hoax of the white house when the network he’s on doesn’t require it? (unlike MSNBC and CNN)

As for facts…..um, take ONE of any of his talking points and prove it wrong. You can’t and neither can the liberals or other “news” stations or else every night they would be. Its easier for them to make fun or marginalize FOX when they know all the truths and facts are being exposed. You libs must hate this….the great hoax/con/lies of this administration being “outed”. Sorry. Your narrow socialist minority agenda must be stopped by the majority, clear thinking, common sense people of America. Based on the ratings, America is FINALLY starting to notice and pay attention. (of course one year too late for my liking)

  36. Guy Mobley says:

It is amazing that Oberman and Maddow are still on the air, Joy Baher’s new show has almost as much viewership, WOW! When will the advertisers see that thier money is not reaching people on CNN or really anyone but Fox.

  37. Beerman says:

Palin draws. Lefties only hope she runs for office, then Obama will cleanup. Her attraction works both ways.

  38. kidmenot says:

Obama will never clean up , Its over Johnny. Just look at these discrepencies between Fox, and the left wing media, its 3-4 to 1
People are finally seeing the light ,this man hasn’t come through on anything yet. and as for transparency hah what a joke , everything is hush hush and absolutely no bipartisanship. Hes a Chicago thug, and will go down as worse than Jimmy “the appeaser ” Carter

  39. Steve says:

Go Sarah!!!! A lefties worst nightmare!!!! They’ve tried dismissing her, bashing her, bashing her kids, everything nasty possible, they’ve tried! I think they are out of ammo and don’t know what to do!!!!

  40. LMIC says:

Did anyone see that cute little Michigander from Grand Rapids kick Norah O’Donnell’s butt on national tv yesterday?

Poor Norah – all beauty and no brains.

  41. Tony says:

What happened? Love to see any member of the lame stream media get their butt handed to them…

  42. Blazermaniac says:

I can’t believe that there a million idiots still watching Olberdork!

  43. Steve Perry says:

    Read it and weep:

NBC Nightly News w/Brian Williams – 9.65 Million
ABC World News w/Charles Gibson – 8.48 Million
CBS Evening News w/Katie Couric – 7.04 Million

Cable News doesn’t even come close to the Liberal News Stations on real TV. Better luck in the next century…lol.

  44. Demonjoe says:

Steve Perry, fortunatly those news stations are as bad as MSNBC or CNN, ABC exposed how the government has been saying the stimulus has been creating jobs in districs that don’t exist. CBS isn’t as horrible as NBC.

  45. Demonjoe says:

Steve Perry, I don’t know where you are getting these numbers from but I just checked the cable top 25 and I didn’t see ABC,CBS or NBC news on their, though I did see The O’reilly Factor on there.

  46. guy says:

I think Palin is still ignorant about History and Geography among other topics. It looks like she has done a crash course on common knowledge. But I’m sure if you got away from common knowledge, she would be stumped again. This doesn’t make her a bad candidate should she should run for office in the future(anyone out there stupid enough to think she wont).

  47. GaryD7310 says:

Guy, Sarah Palin has more experience and knowledge then Obama could ever have, plus she wouldn’t go around bashing the U.S. to other countries and apolgizing. How is that hope and change doing for you?

  48. guy says:

You got me totally wrong. First off, I am a 68 year old life long Democrat.
However. Obama is doing exactly what I told all my friends that he would do if he were elected. Of all the campaign promises he made, I said that he could get “none of the above done”. I was asked to leave some places because of my views. On a “one to ten”, I predicted he would be a 1. That’s only because it wasn’t from “zero to 10″. However. His ability to keep his promises and his incompetence has zero to do with Palins “good ole boy” knowledge(or lack of it).

  49. guy says:

    P.S. GaryD7310
I wasn’t saying that she isn’t smarter that you.

  50. Jimmy says:

Wow re-runs on Fox beat first runs on CNN.
